CyprusSome of the facilities are getting old, you could hear everything into our room from the hall. The AC was a bit difficult to regulate, and a bit smelly sometimes. The upcoming renovations are hopefully fixing that. The main buffet was nice, Breakfast was great but I would have liked to see better salads with better flavours and dressings during lunch/dinner. The biggest fail is the spa. Some staff that barely understood English and the decor/ambiance is awful.
Great staff. Guest services and the reception were very kind and accommodating, helping us find a better room for our guests, so happy with them. The staff at the restaurants/cafes were always glad and helpful. The hotel felt very spacious, never crowded which was amazing. Everything felt clean everywhere were went. Food at the a la carte restaurants were really above expectations, great flavours.

United KingdomAllocation of sunbeds was odd. We went in March and so there were few people around the pool however most beds were ‘taken’ according to the pool attendants. We never saw anyone use them during our entire stay.

CyprusThe indoor water temperature was not warm; it was quite cold for small children. There is no sauna or jacuzzi next to the indoor pool. Some of the personnel were quite rude, for example, brunette at the Spa reception. She was really talking to her colleague in the very offensive way right in front of other customers.
A good variety of food, snacks in the restaurant. The room was clean and fresh.

United KingdomOnly thing to point out given we went in March is sea and pools will be on the colder side - this didn't bother us though as we still enjoyed some swim time. The AC was also turned off as it was end of winter season - however the week we stayed it was unseasonally hot which made it a little uncomfortable at times, however the staff remedied this by providing a large in room fan (you can also open the patio/balcony doors).
One of the best resorts we have stayed at hands down. We booked our holiday here to celebrate my partner's birthday, which the staff went above and beyond on the day to have a delicious cake, card & balloon in the room :) All the staff we encountered during our stay were so lovely and attentive. Shout out to the amazing bar staff in the You & Me bar - they took care of us every night and were such a pleasure to talk with. We especially loved the amazing cocktail making skills! The facilities were amazing - from the multiple pools to the variety of food options in the buffet, snackeria, or American diner - excellent! There is also entertainment every night which is really great - we LOVED the Queen cover band night! Have been singing praises for this resort to all my friends - and my partner and I plan to return next year as well. Book this resort, you won't regret it!

United KingdomThe food was very good but the restaurant management needs to change and improvements made. The Garibaldi Restaurant is pretentious, it may think that it is Michelin stat but IT ISN'T. There is a scam in the self service restaurant whereby staff 'reserve' tables, this defeats the whole idea of self service and whoever turns up first gets the best seat. Complaining to the manager was a complete waste of time, perhaps he his part of the scam and I wonder how much it costs to 'reserve' a table?

FranceI travelled with my 2 daughters, 13 and 17. Lovely hotel with great staff. The food was excellent with a huge choice. Evening entertainment was the best I've seen in a hotel. Great talent there. I would definitely return to this hotel. On the negative side, some areas in the hotel are not for children. Frustrating that I couldn't eat in certain areas or in Garibaldi's with my daughters. They are young adults, not children and it seemed absolutely ridiculous to us to be separated like that. Maybe implementing "over 12's only"...
