Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Beautiful and really comfortable hotel in the old town of Limassol. Perfect location - amazing staff. Very helpful and gave me tips for parking and discovering the next days on the island. Quiet and modern room on the 3rd floor - cozy bed and pillows - slept very well. Breakfast a la carte in the restaurant - very delicious and a good start for the day. Was there for four nights - could stay longer and will book this hotel again in case I will be in Cyprus again.

IsraelThe only thing that could be improved is AC. I arrived off season, but it's already getting hot, and the AC was still on "winter mode", the staff told me they couldn't change it, and I wasn't sure why. It was quite hot in the room, in the evening as well, and it did affect the quality of sleep. I really hope the AC works well in the summer, and they change it to be individually controlled by each room. Otherwise this is a really good hotel, and I would recommend it!
I loved the hotel location, it's 2 min from the sea, and in the heart of the old city. The room was amazing, everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, everything feels really new and good quality. The hotel staff is nice & friendly, and they provide really high quality service. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day, all the toiletries restocked - it's like you enter a new, clean room each day, not every hotel does that! The staff also helped me arrange a transfer from the airport. Breakfast is served in a lovely cafe downstairs, it's tasty and great value too.
