Just a kind advice - renew the kitchen equipment (put more things for cooking and eating - pots/ plates/ cutlery) and buy new sunbeds for outside would make a HUGE value added to the villa. All the best!

The best thing about the villa is the proximity to the Nissi beach and the kindness of owners. They were super fast to reply to any of our requests (e.g: the coffee machine was broken so the owner brought her own machine during our stay). The villa is very calm despite being so close to Nissi beach. The swimming pool was under renovation during our stay so we could not use - on the other side, the Nissi beach is just amazing and we didn't miss the swimming pool at all! We have enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end.

Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible. They kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a huge relief after our morning flight to Cyprus. The villa itself was absolutely stunning—elegant, well-equipped, and just a two-minute walk from the breathtaking Nissi Beach, one of the most beautiful shorelines in Cyprus. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, providing all the amenities we needed to feel completely at home. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Without a doubt, we would love to return to this wonderful place on our next visit to Cyprus!

The walls of the house is thin, so you can hear all noise from the street even if all windows are closed. Didnt disturb us a lot, but I suppose could be worse in an active season

Great house, few minutes from Nissi beach, nice terasse, nice host, you will find in the house everything you need for a long or short stay. Especially I liked that they keep things from I suppose revious guests, like salt, papper, shower gel etc, so if you forgot something, you can find in the house. Overall great stay

Location near Nissi beach. Also there were supermarkets and a great Bakery by 5 minutes walk. It was not center of Ayia Napa, so in the evening we were going by taxi (there is bus option also) to see something new (sightseeing) or go to restaurant.

Everything was fine with the accommodation. It was clean, all the tools you might need are there. Close to Nissi Beach, a few minutes' walk. Very flexible key delivery and collection. I will choose this Villa next time when I travel to Cyprus with a small group.

This was the perfect place for our holiday. We couldn't ask for more. The house is very comfortable, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary. The location is also the best - less than five minutes walk from the beautiful Nissi beach and at the same time it is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. You can also find a lot of shops and restaurants around. We will definitely visit it again!

The location of the property is just perfect! It's very close to the most beautiful beach in Cyprus, Nissi Beach (5' by foot) or 10' until the city center. Markets, a bakery and restaurants are 2-3' away so everything you need is nearby! The host is very friendly and willing to help anytime! The villa is clean and well equiped, the beds are comfortable and you have access to the pool of the complex (the water is clean & warm - you can swim or just get tanned on the sunbeds 🌞). There are air conditionings in every room, the TV in the living room has Netflix or you can just chill on the terrace (which also has sunbeds). Also, both bedrooms have balconies. To sum up, everything is 10/10: location, host, the acommodation itself! Keep up the great work and thank you for having us!

I loved staying here and will come back again. The house was very clean and welcoming, and exactly as described. The location is perfect in a quiet private road just a short walk from the beautiful Nissi Beach. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, and responded to any WhatsApp messages really quickly. I particularly appreciated the very nice shower, with lots of house towels and beach towels, an extremely comfortable master bedroom and good WiFi and Netflix.
