The owner Michael, very helpful and really nice . The apartment was close to everything ( restaurants , supermarkets ), with everything that you need, washing machine, fridge, cooker and air conditioner . For the beaches the bus station was really close.

No window at the bathroom, no balcony or terrace to dry the clothes. Close to the apartment is a restaurant and during the night until 1-2 am is very noisy.

I had a fantastic experience at this studio, which is conveniently located just a short stroll away from some of the major sightseeing attractions. Its proximity to the bus stop made exploring the area incredibly easy. I was impressed by how immaculately clean the studio was; it truly felt welcoming and comfortable. The studio is well-equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the provided supplies—like salt, sugar, washing pods, coffee, etc. - which made my stay even more convenient. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who went above and beyond by offering me a lift to the airport. His kindness really made a difference in my travel experience. The location was great, just in the center of everything. The owners of the apartment were very hospitable and caring. They even organised the welcome transfer from Larnaca airport. And assisted in every question concerning where to go, what to see, where to eat, etc. They spoke both English and Russian. The apartment had everything one may need during holiday stay, iron, hair drier, beach towels. Five minutes walk to the beach. I will highly recommend to enjoy this room while stayin in Ayia Napa. The price and quality are comfortable for budget travellers.

First of all many thanks to Michael and his wife, they offered complimentary transport from and to the airport and also helped us a lot, they offered many details about what to see/do in Ayia Napa. Very good location, close to the city center, close to a bus station (Nissi Beach was 10 minutes away by bus). Also, there was a shop (kiosk) just outside the property, so this was great. The apartment was clean, modern and nicely decorated. Thank you again!

I would highly recommend this apartment. It is situated in a very safe area, close to shops, the beach, cafes as SIGMA( best coffee) and a plethora of interesting restaurants and clubs. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-organized, equipped with an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave,fridge, air conditioner, and a TV with Netflix. The bed was absolutely comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday here and would suggest it to all my friends planning to visit Ayia Napa. I will definitely book my holiday here again. Everything was PERFECT!!!

Best service ever! Michael is the best host! From the beginning of the holiday, everything was perfect. The apartment is in an ideal location, near all markets, restaurants and clubs. It is equipped with all necessary things for vacation. Clean, new, neat. The super comfortable bed was a hit with the huge tv and netflix. If there was a higher rating, it would definitely be more than 10. Special thanks also to Michael's wife Arzy, who gave us all the necessary information about buses, beaches, bakeries, restaurants and the like. I like this Cozy flat. There are everything u need to long stay. Staff was wonderful. I forgot my sunbag at the bus and he helped me. The next day he brings me my bag at the flat.To the end he brings us to the airport.

No faults, everything was PERFECT...

It was my first time staying at this property, and it definitely won't be my last. Michael (host) is the friendliest person I ever come across in my many years of travelling and staying in Airbnb's. His apartment is right next to the lively area of Napa but away from all the noise. So, getting a good, peaceful night sleep is possible. The apartment has all the amenities that a traveller needs from a safe box to a smart TV etc etc. The bed is super comfy and relaxing. The communication before and during the trip has been exceptional and can't be faulted. The host does treat you like VIP guests, providing you with a 5* treatment, especially allowing me to check out late knowing my return flight was 10 pm. Thank you for going out of your way with transfers and making the trip so smooth and stress free. Your kindness has been appreciated. THANK YOU, Michael......

We already discussed these items with the owner, so he is aware: at times the humidity in the apartment was quite high - you must have windows opened to help with ventilation. There was a strong odour of Chlorine desinfectant when we arrived (it is used for thorough cleaning, but it is strong until the room airs out). Also, recommend to add stove top manual instructions if you are not familiar with induction stove.

Excellent and always prompt communication by the owner. Check-in and check-out went flawlessly. Special THANK YOU to Michael (the owner) for his kind gesture regarding a complimentary transport back to Larnaka, it was very much appreciated! The apartment had everything needed for independent travellers including a fully functioning kitchen if you choose to self-cater. The WiFi was strong and stable, Netflix (on a huge TV screen) worked great when we tried it. Water pressure (both hot and cold) was always available. The linen was impeccably clean and nice. We travelled in a quiet season (end of February) and the area was very quiet and peaceful to sleep (during low season most of the buinesses in the area were closed). Public buses were easy to locate on the main road within a walking distance.

The host is the best we have ever met.! We stayed for 6 nights and she gave us all the information about beaches, buses and the places we should visit. Location was great, near Nissi avenue and the bus stops, restorants and bars and it was not noisy. There is a huge supermarket next to the flat. The room was clean, light, fully equipped kitchen, extra towels and free drink in the fridge. They provided us free transfer from the airport. Highly recomanded!

Everthing was perfect.

We would recommend everyone this accomodation. Everthing was the same as it was in the avdertisment. Location of the apartment is great, a few minutes walk to the center, bus stations are close also. Owner was so kind and available during our whole vacation. He also drowe us to the Larnaca airport. We enjoyed in Aya Napa and in this apartment. We would be happy to come back again.
