I really liked my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - crowded streets, bars, luna park. The room was always clean, the staff was friendly and nice. I really liked the pool and pool bar. Our dinners were tasty.

Location is good, beach is very near, all the nice restaurants and shops are nearby, breakfast is nice, staff is super friendy and perfect, hotel itself and room facilities not so good and new, but in all it is nice stay.

Only downside: the pool wasn’t very clean.

The staff was very attentive — they allowed early check-in, which was great after a long flight. Room was comfortable, bathroom clean, and the WiFi was perfect. Amazing location in the heart of Ayia Napa — everything is just steps away: beach, park, shops, restaurants, and public transport.

The snacks at the pool could be better.

Food was excellent, we were in an All Inclusive stay. We were surprised for the birthday cake and the gift at the restaurant for my wife's birthday.

Almost 10 minutes walk from the sea

The bed mattress needs to be replaced as very uncomfortable.

I would like to mention that the air con was brilliant and the pool area was very nice and clean. Excellent receptionist with a good sense of humour and a big smile.

The breakfast buffet could be better. A lot of the food seemed that it was frozen and canned. Could have more fresh meat and fruit. The chicken nuggets were awful.

The staff were really welcoming and accommodating. They helped us with our questions and kept the facilities clean.

As i am a bit on the older side it was quite noisy with all the drunk kinds and the bed was too soft for my taste.

The accomodation was ok, good breakfast option. Nothing to complain, however, do consider that the hotel is located in the immediate vacinity of an entertainment area. So loud music till late in the night. Also one thing to note, i was one of the oldest guests and i am just 35. So a bit of a party oriented area and clientele😁

1st In the bedroom's bathroom there is something that needs to be changed or rectified, which is that the bathroom bar is level with the floor and when you are taking a shower it spreads throughout the entire bathroom and hall, making everything wet and difficult to dry. and use. 2nd beach towels should be bigger, when we put them on the sun loungers they don't cover the whole thing and we burn our legs and feet and it's not nice to have other colors on them

Not a huge variety of food choices for lunch, the food itself was nice but not a great amount of choice

Nice small hotel, ideal location in the centre. Basic rooms but had everything you needed, clean and bright. Staff on reception were lovely, welcoming and helpful.

Every staff were polite and friendly. I stayed with all inclusive plan and that was amazing. Food was a lot of variation with international and traditional. See you soon:)

They serve the drinks in plastic or paper cups nothing in the hotel to spend your time with except the pool the bar in the living room is always close i pay for all inclusive but i couldn't even drink a simple Nescafé you can have only espresso for 4 star hotel i expected to have more variety in the buffet and more options to all inclusive drings but the food was good
