The room did not provide any slippers, but as it was very clean one could walk barefoot. For checking out one hour later I had to pay 10 euro but after all that is the policy. Maybe they should try to be a little bit more flexible, at least with offering 30 min. more for exceptional cases. Also, the soap was solid, I would’ve liked maybe an option of liquid soap. (They provide samples of shampoo, shower gel and body lotion.)

I enjoyed very much the facilities, the breakfast, the cleanliness. The location is fabulous, 5 min. walk to Pantachou Beach which is absolutely gorgeous (Ayia Napa main beach) and 5 min. walk to the city centre and the main bus station in Ayia Napa which you can use to go to other beaches like Nissi (12 min. by bus), etc. The room was not very large, but it was very clean. The balcony was amazing. I had a street and sea view regarding October 1st Street and it was a dreamy view. The pool is gorgeous and the Boungavillea flowers around are absolutely amazing. It also has a pool for kids. The gym was nice. So was the mini football/tennis court. There is also an inside pool but is pretty small (more like a spa facility). Breakfast was full of options: sweets, fruits, waffles, meats, different types of cheese, eggs, etc. They also had crepes and waffles. It also has a big parking lot. The room had a hair dryer and a safe.

1. 2 very small elevators for the whole hotel so we had to take the stairs a lot or be in the elevator with 2-3 more people. Also super slow elevator and had to wait long to get it. In the morning for the breakfast forget it, just take the stairs. 2. Pool was deep, if you don’t know how to swim prepare to be on one small side of the pool.

Food is not good. Better to eat out. They adding the Parmesan to the pasta with no taste… (the cheapest one - it was the explanation from the server).

Good hotel and polite staff. The room was cleaned every day, there were all the bath accessories (towels, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion). Beach towels can be changed every day. The hotel area is very clean. There is a small fitness room. The hotel is very conveniently located: cafes, shops and a good beach are nearby.

We stayed two nights but only one lunch was provided.

The location was perfect. Also the facilities was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds and pillows. The food was amazing!

Good rooms, great breakfast, clean environment. Calm atmosphere. Staff is very attentive and patient. Although we had a misunderstanding regarding our booking, the hotel manager had got involved quickly and took care of everything.
