Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. FranceIt is a rare case when we liked everything..
The best value for money. The apartment is very well equipped, luminous, spacious with fresh modern design. The area is quiet but close to Nissi beach (10 min max) and shops, restaurants. We have especially appreciated functional kitchen with everything needed, washing machine, terrace with chase longues and private entry. Had no problem with water pressure.

AustraliaHaving to press a button to get hot water in winter was a bit of a pain, had to run water for quite a while before it heated up which felt wasteful - was fine once warm though. The electric cooktop was complicated to operate and didn't have any instructions but Andreas came over to help us figure out the trick to it! It would have been great to have screen doors so we could keep the deck doors open without sneaky kitty cats trying to come into the apartment 😹 These were only niggling things though and overall it's a great apartment and I'd happily stay here again
Great, spacious, bright and comfortable apartment with everything you need for longer stays. We stayed here for 10 nights in winter and cooked dinner in most nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. Great to have a washing machine and drying rack with the apartment (could do with some more pegs for windy days though!) Super convenient parking space right outside the entrance. Enjoyed the cute local kitty cats who'd visit our deck in the mornings. Our host Andreas was super responsive and helpful with any questions or minor issues that came up. This was a great value stay in the low season 👍

Very well equipped property with large living area/kitchen and separate bedroom. Nice terrace overlooking the pool. Private undercover parking space at rear of property. Good location with Nissi Beach only 10 minutes walk away. Restaurants and smaller supermarkets within 5 minutes although only a few open as low season. Bigger supermarkets 15 minute drive away in Paralimni. The apartment is in a quiet area towards the back of the resort.

United KingdomBeautifully presented apartment. We stayed in a one bedroom on the ground floor. Very modern and stylish, everywhere was spotlessly clean. Everything in the apartment was brand new and it has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Smart TV so you can use Netflix, Amazon etc. Nice outdoor space with sunbeds, table and chairs and the pool area was great and just steps away. It is also ideally located, just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Nissi beach and nearby restaurants. We had an issue with the oven on the first day but the property owner Andreas was super responsive and friendly. He arranged to have it looked at the same day and provided a new oven the very next day. Andreas also offered us a late check out at no extra fee as the property was not booked the day we left which I thought was a very kind gesture. I also thought providing washing up liquid, rubbish bags and washing detergent was a really nice touch.
