There was no mirror in our room but that was quickly put right . The wet room floor is badly designed , water does not drain off adequately . We stayed in one of the villas .

Very great interior. The staff is very helpful and kind, they are very result oriented. We ask late check out, but the room booked after us, do we had to leaves but they offered to stay in a hotel and use the hotel facilities until we have a flight. Room is very clean, and a view is perfect from the balcony.

It’s not the property itself but the taxis we were arranged by the hotel were problematic. The taxi driver came late and we were almost late for our boat ride. He also drove through the red light, was speeding etc which was kindness of scary. Apart from that everything was really perfect.

The most amazing stay we had! It was my boyfriend’s birthday and we got upgraded to a villa which was such a pleasant surprise for him. It was truly a luxury experience we didn’t expect! The stuff overall was so nice, positive, welcoming and friendly. Even before we came we started communicating and they were so helpful with everything I needed to arrange or ask them. They helped us with taxi, put balloons as a compliment for my bf birthday, helped us arrange the spa and we had a discount at their bar. The hotel was super stylish, clean, there was some amazing smell in the lobby we loved so much. The massage was amazing too, I had some serious issues with my body after a car accident and the specialists were so careful and professional about it. The pool and the private beach were also perfect. Many space to sit and chill, perfect view from our villa to the beach. Food was good and cocktails are perfect especially the frozen ones! We had such a wonderful experience, and it’s quiet, very suitable for a couple with few kids that are mostly not making any inconvenience.

We spend lovely time in this place, hotel very clean and maintained. We saw staff cleaning around the facilities all day around to keep nice and tidy. Beach areas with sun beds very comfortable. Rooms modern and have a nice sea view, because places just in front of the beach. Most amazing staff I have ever encountered, ladies a reception exceptionally professional and kind. Same for a restaurant, such a lovely people.

It was a little far from the city center and was about €15-20 to get to and from the city center. But the hotel was so lovely, which better beach access than the city center that it wasn’t even an issue

We came as a surprise to my wife to celebrate our anniversary and loved our stay in the villa. The staff helped to arrange some flowers with a handwritten note to be in our villa on arrival which was a great surprise for my wife. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean modern and looking good. views to the beach from the villa were excellent. Restaurant and beach bar had great service and good food and drinks.

The music by the Pool Beach Bar was overpowering on one of the afternoons. We had to relocate to eat lunch and spent the afternoon in the room. Quite disapointing but we realise that others (of a younger age group) might have found this acceptable.

A lot of stray cats at the outdoor restaurant Not a great location for booking taxis/Blot, they cancel a lot, might want to hire a car 20mins from the marina and 30mins from Ayia Napa (costly taxi’s)

There was no body lotion in the bathroom. However, reception provided it when asked.

Great view, big comfy bed, very clean facilities. Great space for sunbeds and a variety of locations (pool, near bar, beach). Very kind staff. Good options for breakfast.
