Clean, great location, a bit smaller than on photos but wasn’t a problem, It was really quiet compared to what we prepared ourselves to after reading other reviews about the clubs noise, upper floor is definitely a better choice:) strongly advise 👍

Simply amazing accommodation in the heart of Ayia Napa, many young people who are interested in clubbing would kill to stay so close to the city center. Ayia Napa Monastery bus stop is at 3 minutes walking distance from the building, which allowed us to get anywhere we wanted in Famagusta region and not only. In the area there are lots of great restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, bars and clubs. Even though I read the reviews of people complaining about the noise at night, to be honest the noise wasn’t that bad (from a person living in a rural peaceful area), the apartment seemed well isolated, we encountered no problems to get asleep despite having history with insomnia. The apartment was squeaky clean, the cleaning ensured was excellent and we had everything we might’ve need: a wardrobe, a kitchenette with a frappe maker, toaster, kettle, all types of cutlery, plates, different types of glasses and cups, fridge, sink, which made our stay easy as we bought fruits and snacks to eat inside. The bathroom was big and despite the lack of natural light in the bathroom, the lighting from the mirror was perfect. We appreciated that the host let us cold water when we got to the apartment and that she ensured we had a smooth self check-in because we arrived after midnight. Everything in the room seemed almost new and really clean, the terrace was great, especially because of the obscure glass that helped us keeping privacy, as we had a ground floor apartment and people were passing on the street. The host was an amazing person, very kind, extremely helpful and attentive, always communicating with us, helping us with any inconveniences. I also appreciated the late check-out in comparison with some other properties, we were able to do the check-out up to 11.30. The quality price ratio was insanely good for the location in the middle of the summer. I loved the place and I am so happy I called it home for 8 amazing days in Ayia Napa.

Everything was really nice, the staff people were really helpful. Location is amazing, it's near bust station which can take you to basically any beach or place there is. Lot's of shops, bars are nearby and we didnt hear a thing! Worth every penny.

Sometimes it can be noisy as you are in the heart of the city with many restaurants and tourist, which in our case was not an issue.

I travel a lot and must say that have good knowledge of prices and quality. Based on my rich experience, I can firmly say that this is great choice. Great hosts, easy communication with them, very good location in the center, very close to bus stops, airport shuttle, supermarkets 24 hours, super clean and modern, no unpleasant smell or anything. Air conditioning, great fridge, I mean everything whatever you need and approximately 3 times cheaper than hotels. By the way, very close to such cool beaches like Pantchou - the best for me, Paradise, 3 km away from Nissi beach, with bus 101 in 30 minutes you get to Protaras Konos or Fig Tree beaches. To make it short highly recommend

The upper floor is much much better! The first floor is only 1m from the street and the terrace is literally on the curb, so because the place is very near the discos in Ayia Napa you can expect many drunk people walking in front of you.

The host Ms.Andri is very friendly and polite, the apartment is new and clean.

The apartment is right on a busy street and it can be challenging to have a good night sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Also there is no stove top in the apartment but that did not bother us as we were not planning to cook.

Hosts are very responsive, comfortable beds, big bathroom, clean and stylish apartment. There are two small and one big supermarkets near, less then 5 min walk and Aya Napa square is 5 min walk down. The bus station at the square is very convenient as you can take bus to Nissi beach from there (bus 102), intercity bus to Larnaka, Nikosia etc. The shuttle bus to/from Larnaka airport also stops there. What I really liked and appreciated were the toiletries provided (body lotion smelled divine) and that we were able to check in earlier. We even got a t-shirts as a departure gift which was awesome! We would gladly stay there again 😊

The noise of the cars and motorbikes on the street during all.night and early morning

Everything was perfect, location -verry close to the city square and bus station. Apartment- clean, modern, comfortable beds, small kitchinette equiped with all you need for short stay.

The apartment was great for my 5 day trip. The facilities were good and the apartment was clean. Only a 3 minute walk to the bars/clubs and 15 miniute walk to the beach. I would stay again. I was also given a free t-shirt at check-out which was a nice gesture.

Amazing host, she accomodated us with a vacant room super early in the morning due to our night flight. Located just a few minutes from the city centre, but the street was not loud at all which made our nights quiet. Super clean and new appartment had everything we needed for restful vacation.

The location is perfect, in the center of everything. The room is very clean, with everything needed. The owner is very decent and helpful.

We struggled a little with the door lock, and the beds were two single beds together… we would’ve preferred one double bed as we are a couple but I think it was the last room they had as we booked it last minute but that’s okay, other than that everything was perfect!

The bathroom was my favourite part it was amazing.. the Led lights were an amazing touch up, squeaky clean and it provided everything you would need for 3-4 days. Amazing staff very helpful

Was so clean, had all the facilities we needed, location was perfect. Right near shops, the strip, the beach and also near other hotels so could use their pool (if you brought a drink). The LED lights are so cute. Andri would always respond fast and help us with any questions we had. Couldn’t complain honestly.
