We had an absolutely wonderful stay at your hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The entire team was incredibly warm, cheerful, and giving, creating an atmosphere that allowed us to relax both mentally and physically. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! A very special thank you goes to Maria, Vito, Mustafa, Fares, and Sofia – each of them was outstanding, attentive, and truly made our experience unforgettable. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our stay, and we cannot praise them enough. Every single staff member we encountered treated us with such warmth and respect – it was beyond expectations. We are deeply grateful for the hospitality, the smiles, and the comfort we enjoyed throughout our visit. We are already looking forward to coming back, and we will definitely be recommending your hotel to our friends and family. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Absolutely nothing!

Staff couldn't do enough for us! Room was spacious & well laid out. Buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner had great choice & was excellent & of excellent quality! We would definitely return to this hotel.

Stairs to room...maybe a lift would have been better & TV was small for room size.

The staff were always so friendly and helpful (especially Mustafa and Mohammed!) even when they were working long shifts and the hotel was busy. We had some nice welcome snacks on arrival which was thoughtful. We always had a place to sit around pools and there was a nice, relaxed vibe around the Elegancia pool especially. The common areas in the hotel were very cool and comfortable, enjoyable to hang out in. The food could be a bit hit and miss but mostly good. Pisco was great!

I agree with a previous reviewer that our rooms was a bit tired and could do with a bit of a spruce (cracked paint in shower and some rusty hinges). The drinks at the bar were also hit and miss, there’s quite a long list of cocktails offered but it felt like you could only rely on certain bar staff to make the drink you wanted to a good quality, so maybe a bit more training needed there.

Very friendly staff, big clean rooms, nice pools. The Peruvian restaurant was a pleasant surprise as it had really nice food which was included in the all inclusive!

Check in was smooth, rooms were very modern and clean. Pool was very relaxing, great pool side bar service. Entertainment was ok, not our thing but a nice extra. The breakfast was great, large selection, very tasty!

Was unsure how to use pool table - no notice to say how

Check in was good, staff lovely throughout the stay. Lovely pool, Lovely breakfast, Great position in Paphos. We liked the quiet second pool and managed to get a spot here later in afternoon both days, pool service was great too.

Flight arrived late and as we were not all inclusive guests, there was nothing at all to eat. It would have been nice to have a small snack considered as it was 11pm. We were upgraded to a studio - and although the room was bigger, the room planning/guest experience hadn't been considered. For example - no plug sockets by bed for charging. No plug socket close enough to a mirror to use hairdryer. No plug socket near fridge/tea facilities so had to boil the kettle next the the tv plug socket. Also no hair conditioner, just hand-wash - and we were told on the last day there should have been a shower fitting attached to the wall so we guessed it was maybe abit of an unfinished refurb - it was very modern & clean and maybe these things wouldnt put others off. We were here off season, by 7am lots of towels on sunbeds, no rules around reserving.

Quiet, calm, relaxing atmosphere very good service nice cocktails, fantastic food. Overall atmosphere luxurious. Take all inclusive,even if you like me do not drink and eat a lot. This is just other type of experience

Shampoo and conditioner were not suitable for my hair type - so I used mine.

The service was Amazing. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Hydro pool was fantastic and the food was wonderful. My wife has seafood allergies. And the chef was so helpful. Much recommended

Staff were very accommodating and really engaging. We felt very looked after. Lovely decor and feel. Food and restaurant service was excellent. If you like small and friendly this is for you.

Didn’t dislike like anything. Genuinely, it’s a 15-20 min walk to harbour, 10mins to the mall if you’re bored. Otherwise strap in for a very relaxing holiday!

King Jason Hotel made our wedding trip unforgettable! The sleek, spacious room (with dreamy balcony views!) and serene pool area set the perfect romantic vibe. Maria ensured smooth booking and took care of everything—her warmth stood out. Breakfast was delicious, the location unbeatable, and every staff member made us feel special. Big rooms Amazing location very near the paphos castle and harbour WHAT A WONDERFUL STAFF FROM RECEPTION TO HOUSEKEEPING they were all so friendly, helpful and so so kind! I am always staying at King Jasons when I am in Paphos

Some issue with the bath basin caused some water to run out of the shower into the bath room.

Food was very good Facility was very well designed and really luxurious

The room we had was beside the kitchen and air conditioning units so the noise overnight was horrendous

Its was piece full quiet with great swimming pools

Beds in the room for me and spa was very disappointing
