I highly recommend!!! Great location, very peacuful and quiet, just a few steps to the sea. The swimming pool is to share with a few, close villas but truly we were always alone. Great contact with the host. My family and me were having wonderful vacation:)))))

The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by similar vacation homes, sharing one common pool, but with own sun-beds. It is recommended to have a car to go there. We have provided with very clear instructions and photos how to collect the keys and kept in touch with the hosts, despite our very late arrival. They have stayed at our disposal at the whole time, when we needed some support. It is very comfortable to have a personal bathroom in every bedroom. As well as, there is one shared toilet at the ground floor. Every bedroom has an access to spacious terrace which is also very comfortable. All the items in the house are very interesting and make it too cozy. The garden is shady, very big and pleasant, perfect for the breakfast.

All was perfect. Only the cleanliness could be improved a little.

The house had everything, even coffee, oil, spices. Very clean and stylish. Beautiful yard to seat outside. The location is ideal to avoid the buzzy roads of Ayia Napa and Protaras and the view is beautiful, every room has its own bath and TV. We stayed for two days and needed more to enjoy the house

Exceptional choice, one of the best in the area, great sea view location, quiet, fully equipped, artfully decorated, spacious and relaxing. We would definitely stay again, it is a lovely house that we immensely enjoyed.

Very comfortable and full of personality, a place to remember and come back to! The location is perfect if you want a quiet time away from the crowds. We didn’t have a car, so we were a bit worried at the beginning about having to take taxis to go shopping, but we discovered there is an excellent delivery app both for restaurants and grocery stores. Also, there is a bus station on the main street, a couple of minutes from the property. Worth mentioning the WIFI: when we booked it was not listed on Booking, but it fact there is Wifi in the house it works very well.

Beautiful unique home, really nice area. Felt very relaxed and homely as the care and the love for the house from the hosts shines through. The house itself is fantastic layout with lots of outdoor space to cook, eat and relax.

It says private pool but it's actually a private communal pool used by other villas.

The house is absolutely amazing! I can list the following things that I liked most about it: 1) location. The house has amazing view to the see, it is the last in the line of other houses. Also it is gated community, very quite. 3) swimming pool. House has shared swimming pool with other 15 houses, but it is great, located in the 5 steps from the house, well maintained, has own sunbeds 4) good decoration inside the house and house has everything that you need. 5) amazing outside areas around the house (see pictures) You need a car to come to the nearest beach with sun-beds, but in the walking distance there is a small beach where you can swim

Everything was amazing. The house is very cosy, a lot of handmade decorations that made the house very beautiful. One of the best villas i’ve ever visited. Nice Balconys, very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, bathrooms as well. Very clean, they provided the essentials as well as robes for bathroom and slippers,towels shampoos etc.. Near the pool and the sea. Everything was perfect, and the host was perfect as well. Great communication, friendly and welcoming. Totally reccomend. 5/5!! ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful house, exceptionally clean, with all the facilities we could have asked for. Every single detail was well thought of.

The house is amazing. In a quiet area away from the mess. It had every thing you can only imagine you need. And clean. And very big and pretty. And the host was do helpfull!!!

We loved the place! Situated at a block of other houses, we still had privacy and view of the sea and the harbour (5min walk). Theme and decor of the house was like no other seen, exceptional. There was a welcome home sign, and it felt like home indeed. What made it feel like home was the warmth and convenience that it offered. An ergonomic house, fully equipped, down to the detail, so dont worry if you dont take everything with you, the house had everything (from toiletries to kitchenware, even netflix and spices for your meals). The whole place was spotless! Highlight of the house are the patio-veranda areas, which offer great views, cool air, comfort and are big enough to accomodate a big family. Swimming pool was communal, yet very quiet and clean. Owners were very friendly and responded immediately to our questions.

Wish we had stayed a bit longer!

It will take too long to respond to this question, I need 1 day! SUPERB! To many great things to say. Everything is excellent, very high attention to detail! I don't think anyone can expect more than what you find in that house! I want to say a big THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND ATTENTION to put the right things in that place!

There is nothing to say wrong about the place! It's been a pleasure to have the opportunity to visit that house! I'll love to go back!

The house is amazing! We were very satisfy with everything. Accomodation and all the equipment was on high level..there were everything you need. The communication with the host was very good, they could advice or recommend us what we ask. There was a nice beach near to the house, calm and nice area.
