How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There is also an indoor pool downstairs but there was a strong smell of mold
Everything was great Spacious rooms, nice swimming pools. Good variety of breakfast Great location to visit Latchi and beyond, Pomos, Pachyammos etc and of course Akamas peninsula

Some details were missing to make it excellent. For example, a playground for the kids. Also some things in the rooms need to be replaced like the soap stand which was corroded, the main door and the bathroom door which were broken. Also, an umbrella on the balcony was missing, and it was too hot to be used during noon and afternoon hours.
The pool was very good and the snacks were delicious! The breakfast was excellent with many choices. Clean rooms and spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows.

ACs are very old and work not well producing noise at night. There were no shampoo, conditioners, only liquid soap. No spoons. And in general everything is very very old. Pool area is also not very clean and comfortable.
I liked the location, close to Latchi beach, Latchi Harbour, tavernas. Room was quite big and had 4 beds as we ordered. There was a pool, pool bar and cute garden with birds and handmade things.

Two of our three air conditioning units had issues but staff came to fix one of it relatively quickly. Second one didn’t get fixed but thankfully didn’t ruin our stay.
It was clean, with good breakfast, quiet at night so perfect for families with young children.

nothing. i could mwke varous suggestions but this is not the idea of this review. in general was excelent.
I must admit, we didn’t expect such warm hospitality! The entire team – from local Cypriots to European and Asian staff – was truly excellent. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional, always making sure guests felt welcomed and safe. All safety measures were strictly followed, and I have to highlight the amazing lifeguard at the swimming pool — always alert and especially attentive to families with small children. That gave us real peace of mind. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality products (for a hotel setting). If I could make one small suggestion – perhaps consider upgrading the coffee brand in the future! Then you might just be a six-star hotel… hihi 😊 We saw many families with both small and older children enjoying their time, and we didn’t hear a single negative comment from anyone. Of course, there’s always room to improve, but that’s not the point of this review. The overall experience was truly enjoyable, and we’re grateful for it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The breakfast area could be more cosy. The outside area looked dirty (the glass railings). It was too hot to sit outside, but one could see that when sitting inside.
Everything was great. From the welcome at the reception to the great accommodation. The apartment we got was a 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor. It had a huge veranda with a great sea view. The apartment was very clean and comforatbel. we really had a great time there in general.

One aircondition wasn’t working consistently. Main door was not fitted correctly, wasn’t 100% securely closed. We didn’t mention anything, it was manageable for few days.

The toilet was not clean, after our complaint the staff made an effort to clean it but some stains were there because of accumulated yellowish dirt. Not expected for a 4 star hotel. Could have easily replaced those toilet seats regularly at low cost!

Some parts of the room were broken - parts in the shower, lamps, the balcony door lock.

Unfortunately, the terrace was dirty when we arrived, which was disappointing. Also, there is no option for dinner on site, and the nearest restaurant is about a 15-minute walk along the main road, which isn’t ideal, especially at night.
The price was very reasonable for what we got. The territory is large and well maintained, which gives a nice feeling of space and privacy. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable — plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay.
