Just a few non significant small details. 1. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom 2. Only stairs for the rooms upstairs so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage 3. It can get loud at night since it is a very touristy area 4. Drying hanger outside could use a replacement

Very clean apartment very close to the beach which was what we were looking for! Felt comfortable in the flat because it was that clean and everything felt brand new. Decorated nicely and had everything necessary i.e. fridge, water heater, everything in case you wanted to cook, coffee etc. Also mini markets near by and private parking!! Will definitely visit again!!

I didn’t like the misleading advertisement — there is no pool in the hotel. If you want to use a pool, you have to buy a coffee at a nearby restaurant to be allowed in. And this is why it gets 8

To noisy for us. Also the pool situation was confusing. You need to explain to people that the pool is a separate entity. I know is good way to promote other business too but you need to disclose that. At least they will be prepared to order drinks,lunch or whatever they can afford.

Perfect modern property, close to the beach, fully equipped kitchen to make your own food. The pool and bar / restaurant/ coffee shop next door was excellent couldn’t fault it. Lovely staff.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! Mr. Akis was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was checked in by a polite young boy probably his son which added a lovely, personal touch and gave me the warm feeling of a family-run place. Every part of the space was thoughtfully arranged down to the last detail clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is in a good location within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a nice beach but away from the busy built up areas further down the coast. We enjoyed a tasty traditional dinner at nearby Doma Restaurant. It’s an easy walking distance to the beach promenade from the apartment to more restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious and well equipped including a dishwasher but no dishwasher pellets so we didn’t use it for our short stay. There is a parking area available for guests. Akis our host was incredibly helpful and supplied adapters when we realised some had been ‘borrowed’ by previous guests. We enjoyed a lovely comfortable stay and would recommend this apartment.

The allocation of the apartment had a good view. We had a convenience store below, so anything we needed for our apartment was in close reach to get. Our apartment was kitted out with all the house accessories you would need from toilet roll to dishwasher tablets. Thank you so much. We were able to watch the TV for evening films on Netflix. The WiFi was great. Will definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything was perfect.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Akis the host made sure we had everything we needed and even sent the location of a 24/7 bakery for us to pick up supplies as we were on a late flight. Had coffee every morning in a cafe 5 min from the apartment overlooking the sea. Hope we can return in the future.

Only one small thing - the windows are thin so we could hear everything on the street (our room was on the street side) but after a few days we got kinda used to.

It was perfect for us - great location, clean, really good communication. I would come back again! Great value for money. The place was spacious, nice design. The bedrooms have black out curtains, which is important. Downstairs is a supermarket, so we had everything we needed everyday, we made coffee and breakfast for our toddler, kitchen is fully equipped. I would like a big mirror in the living room but that’s my personal preference. Anyways totally recommend it! I would book it again! Again, the communication was great!

Noone warned us that a huge open-air nightclub is located right in front of the apartment. It felt like we were right in the middle of it till 2.30 am, extremely loud. Even with earplugs you can feel the base going through the walls, furniture and yourself. If you are not among clubbers and have an early start next day - it is a disaster.
