Reviews of Kitsios Villas with private pool No2

Location. Pool facility. Air conditioning. Cost was reasonable.

A little tired in places. Outside Sunbed/chair broken. Garden area around pool untidy. Pool towel ripped. Sandwich maker broken. Not enough matching glasses/cups/ plates for 6 people. Just needs a bit of a refresh.

The location. House was good. Matras was oka

There is no dishwasher so we do expect towels to make dishes dry, it was not there. Two airconditioning were leaking until end of vacation. It was very dirty. Cleaning lady came back but had only 20min. time so a very little was done. No clean sheets after one week. Chairs in the garden were damaged. Only one key. Swimming pool was not cleaned, only some pils was put in the pool.

The villa was clean, spacious. Air con was amazing. Its located in a great place and the pool was perfect. The host was exceptional. Highly recommend

We had fantastic holidays. Vila was very spacious, beautiful and super clean. There was everything what we needed. The swimming pool was amazing and well maintained. Area is very quiet. The owner Michalis was really nice and helpful. We will definitely going back there one day. I highly recommend this vila to anyone who want to have an amazing holidays without any troubles. ❤️

VERY GOOD LOCATION AND ALSO VERY QUIET.REASONABLY MODERN BUILD ALTHOUGH SOME THINGS LOOKED A BIT TIRED AND JADED [END OF TOURIST SEASON KNOCKS HOPEFULLY].FORTUNATLY WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE POOL AS WEATHER WAS EXCEPTIONAL FOR TIME OF YEAR.

UNFORTUNATELY DIRECTIONS WERE NOT VERY CLEAR AND WE ENDED UP INSIDE AND UNPACKED LATE AT NIGHT IN KITSIOS VILLA No1.[LUCKILY THE VILLA WAS NOT IN USE].QUICK MESSAGE AND ALL WAS SORTED.KITSIOS VILLA No 2 IS THE FIRST VILLA YOU ARRIVE AT COMING ALONG THE STREET,KITSIOS VILLA No 1 IS THE SECOND VILLA ALONG THE STREET.NO LOGIC !!! WHY NOT JUST PUT THE NUMBERS TO EACH VILLA ON THE ENTRANCE.NO CONFUSION. KEYS ARE LOCATED IN AN EXTERNAL KEYSAFE WHICH COMES COMPLETE WITH METAL KEY FOB WHICH IS USED TO OPERATE THE ELECTRICITY ONCE INSIDE THE PROPERTY.KEY AND FOB ARE ALMOST TOO BIG FOR THE KEYSAFE AND WILL ONLY FIT IN IN ONE PARTICULAR WAY TO ALLOW THE KEYSAFE TO BE SHUT AND SET.ONCE YOU HAVE REMOVED THE METAL KEY FOB FROM ITS OPERATING POSITION ON THE WAY OUT OF THE VILLA YOU LOOSE ALL LIGHTING AND MOST OF THE ELECTRICITY. SO BRING A TORCH FOR THE NIGHTTIME AS YOU WILL NEED TO PUT THE KEY AND FOB INTO THE KEYSAFE.IF YOU CARRY THE KEYS WITH YOU WHEN AWAY FROM THE VILLA AND THEN LOOSE THEM I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS WOULD BE VIEWED BY THE OWNERS. NEARLY ALL VILLAS I HAVE STAYED IN HAVE AN INFORMATION FOLDER/BOOK THAT HAD USEFUL INFO AND TIPS LEFT BY PREVIOUS GUESTS.SIMPLE INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO USE THE UTILITIES [TV WAS IMPOSSIBLE AND I FAILED TO WORK OUT]. LACK OF A SAFE TO KEEP PERSONAL VALUABLE GOODS.A SAFE IS A STANDARD IN ALL PROPERTIES THESE DAYS AND IT GIVE PEOPLE PEACE OF MIND THAT VALUABLES WILL BE O.K. MINOR ISSUES BUT HOPEFULLY USEFUL FEEDBACK.

So much space. Its 1000x better than hotel!

Water pump a bit noisy...

The only difficulty we had with the Villa was on our arrival at 02:00 in the morning. The owner apparently has 2 villas next to each other and he had given us the key code for the wrong villa. When we went in it had not been cleaned and looked like someone was living there. I sent the owner a message and it was sorted later that morning. It was a very unfortunate start to what was a lovely holiday once we were in the correct villa.

Villa is located around 40 mins drive distance from Nissi beach, Ayia napa. It was easy to take bus and reach the most beautiful beaches. The swimming pool was amazing, clean water.

Unfortunately, there was problem with AC, it was leaking water. However, later when we asked to the host, the problem was solved partially.

I loved the Villas in general, they’re very modern and well put together. It was a relaxing environment perfect for a family holiday. The location was great, the kids could play outside without us having to worry. The rooms stayed nice and cool with aircon in every room, and the beds were very comfortable with supporting my bad back. The pools were clean, nice and refreshing, my boys were in there first thing every morning. They’re not too big but just the right size for a dip and a sunbath. The kitchen facilities had everything we needed to cook our own meals and the bathrooms in each villa had enough facilities too (hand soap, towels, loo roll). The host was fantastic! Anything we needed they supplied for us, or told us information on how to access things we weren’t sure of (very quick response time). They dealt with every query and were super welcoming.

I had to give the second Villa a wipe down when I arrived, because it was a bit dusty at the back of the bedroom cupboards and on the outside furniture. Apart from that, everywhere else was super clean.

The price is excellent and the place looks like it does in the photos - brand new with amazing pool. host was very reachable
