My husband did not like the bathroom being visible to the bedroom with no blind. Even frosted you could see more than my daughter would want to. She spent time in the balcony or went to another family members room when he showered.

The views. 80% of the building is still in excellent condition. Some tired looking areas but mostly fine. Our room was stunning (Superior sea view room). Could fault it at all.

Buffet and pool were really crowded, lots of families and kids running and shouting all time. Low/ chip quality drinks at the bars. The bathroom could be better for a 5 star hotel

buffet was really good with a lot of choices, the pool was clean and huge, the gym was small and cozy, and the room was clean. Friendly staff, i totally recommend this place for a value for money stay.

This was our second time and we will return again. The food is excellent. Lovely staff and everywhere was clean. My only opinion that some areas needs maintenance but on the whole excellent resort.

Hotel needs a full renovation in order to look like a proper five star hotel. Tv is outdated. Shower head was broken and at some point we ran out of water. The hairdryer had exposed wires which seemed dangerous. Our towels were dirty, we had to ask for new ones. Bed sheets were also dirty. In general the hotel facilities are old.

Nice location , amazing views from our balcony(sea view) and the pool side. Buffet has a lot of options which can satisfy all people. Staff is friendly. There is waterpark at the hotel as well. Spa is ok but not for a five star hotel. You can book massage for an extra charge in advance. Housekeeping every day. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and slippers are included. There is a game room for all ages.

Cockroaches are running around in the hotel. The staff couldn't order a taxi so we had to rush to the airport early in the morning and pay double.

Arrived at 15:00 for check in but room was not ready until 15:30 Gym is to complicated to access. Need to scan QR create account, use photo etc. Pool beds were occupied all the time because everyone leaves their towels from early morning so the can secure a bed for later. Asked for single double bed and got 2 beds instead.

Water is a basic need and should be renewed daily in the rooms and should not be an extra charge.Hotel check-in time is late

Our favorite aspect was that the hotel was designed for children and was a family hotel.

The bar staff could be more positive, the furniture in the rooms might need a bit of new stuff and the pools should be better cleaned

The ‘all-inclusive’ was very poor. There were no snacks available between meals and the night time snacks were appalling, we ended up ordering food to be delivered. One small side table with a few pastries and stale sandwiches. If you eat at 6pm, by 11/12 pm the kids are hungry again. There could have been more entertainment too it was very basic

Old bathroom and weak water stream. There weren’t enough beds around the pool, all were occupied before 7 AM. The food was fine but far from excellent. There is nothing to do around the hotel. There is no option to enter the sea which is meters away from the hotel.

Extra bed in a room was uncomfortable. Activities like volleyball, water polo and others needs an upgrade, because it's outdated, not up to the standard. Hotel water park doesn't include drinks in it even if you have all inclusive, not allowing to bring any at the entrance, for 5* hotel that's a joke. A bit far from Paphos, but taxi or bus available.

Overall hotel is very nice, clean, spacious and up to date. Bar service is good, reception help is perfect. Staff is friendly and looking after hotel well. Dining seats are comfortable and there is plenty of it. Bar over the pool was very nice.

On arrival were disappointed to be told that because we were not staying a full week we could not eat in any of the specialty restaurants. This meant buffet breakfast lunch and dinner. The restaurant gets very busy and chaotic. Food choice ok. Sun loungers reserved by 0830 mostly by people never to be seen.

Lovely large and bright rooms with great sea views. Lots of choice at breakfast. The water park was great fun with the family and was the highlight!

We did not use the outside pool at all , when we arrived the pool was closed to get cleaned because some guests had their s***t in the pool and the same thing happened on Saturday morning

The food was very good, loads of choice for dinner and breakfast. And you could help yourself to as much as you wanted. When I arrived the receptionist told me they had upgraded me to a full sea view. Room size was brilliant. Huge bathroom, large balcony and absolutely huge bed. Plenty of choice for pools and sun beds. Really enjoyed my short stay there. Would recommend to anyone.
