Room 1 next to busy road. Thin walls. Luckily, I was staying with quiet travelers just for 1 night. Not for light sleepers. I had ear plugs but unfortunately did not sleep very well.

The room and the apartment were clean. The room had air conditioner, blinders. Bathroom and the kitchen were also clean and tidy. Public bus stops close to the building. Very good instructions how to check in.

The room is a great value-for-money stay. We needed a temporary room after a late-night flight, and we received very clear instructions on how to access the property.

Unfortunately, the stay was spoiled by inconsiderate guests who constantly blocked the bathroom, took all the toilet paper, didn't clean up the kitchen after themselves, and were very noisy at night.

Sink was clogged, but I just used the shower they are right next to each other. And drinking water isn’t provided I had to buy water but there was a place nearby.

Everything else! Room and apartment is really cute. Feels safe. Easy self check in. Felt right at home! Almost didn’t want to leave the room.

One bathroom vs. 3 double rooms is hardly enough. At least one more towel should be provided.

Close to the beach and the bus station. Kitchen is well equipped - there's even a washing machine there. Not expensive.

Wi-Fi exists, but worked poor in our room (number 1). Windows isn't soundproof and there is many cars are driving on street near the building, so sleeping was quite challenging.

The location is good, pretty close to city center. about 10 minutes walk to St. Lasarus Church. The room is a part of 3-room apartment, so you get a salon, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom shared with others. The apartment located in 7-floor building with elevator.

The walls are like paper, so the rooms next to bathroom are totally exposed to every sound,you can hear people talk to each other in another room. Also the hot water needs to be preheated, so when you come tired in the evening from long trip,you need to wait before take a shower. One last thing is that owner specified in the instructions that we should give only 10 points or nothing. I think the booking.com rating is to give travelers HONEST recommendation, otherwise all accommodation would have 10 points with this attitude.

We wanted to just stay somewhere overnight and be in the walking distance from the city centre. This was fulfilled ok;) the flat was clean, and since there was quite cold we could heat the air by airconditioner. There was towels and clean sheet provided. We knew there was shared bathroom so we were ok with it. I think it's quite ok accommodation for the money.

The neighbour downstairs seemed to be annoyed by the noises of our steps - which was surprising as we were careful.

Some hooks on the wall for hanging one's jacket in one's room would have been great; the locks on the door to one's private room are a bit simplistic.

The location is good, but the building is difficult to find, and a bit in the middle of nowhere. It is just like a hostel, but with private rooms instead of dorms. If you are looking to socialize and meet people this is not the place, but it was fine for me

The key box was small and not easy to lock it. The room was a little cold even using air conditioner. The door of wardrobe was noisy when it open.

I could check-in earlier to ask owner in advance. The kind instruction for check-in was given in advance. All intercity bus stops and airport bus stop are located near the hotel. The shared kitchen and bathroom were tidy and all goods which I wanted to use were completed.

The furniture seems outdated (e.g. the wardrobe squeaked at each opening) and was a little bit noisy from the street. It would be great if the hosts could provide additional towels for the face/hair and invest in the new bed sheets.

The instructions provided by the hosts were clear. The heat was great.

I was unlucky, someone had fried a fish that smelled terrible in the afternoon, the smell didn't go away until the morning, it could have been avoided if the extractor over the stove had been working.And no corkscrew ;)

I appreciate this space was really clear and honest about what it is. Great if you just need a place to stop on your way to or from the airport. I wouldn't recommend it for anything more.

The owner promised to send the password for the locker and inform us before arriving at the apartment. But that did not happen. We stood in front of the apartment for an hour until I called from the roming. There is no Viber or WA number.

The appointment is well equipped - hairdryer, iron, good kitchen, beautiful terrace and WiFi.
