It would be nice to have shisha service starting from 2 or 3 p.m., instead of 6 p.m. Also, please consider putting some hand cream in the bathrooms in the main hall

The hotel is fantastic! Great attention to detail, and the staff always did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The restaurants are excellent—we tried the Chinese, M Fusion, and Limanaki in the neighboring hotel, and everything was delicious. The spa is very nice; I recommend trying a massage there. The beach is very comfortable, with full service provided. Breakfast is also very good, with plenty of choices

I recently had a truly five-star experience at the Four Seasons Hotel that was simply brilliant from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, making every moment feel special. Our stay at the hotel was simply perfect! Everything was top-notch – the rooms were clean and luxurious, the food was delicious with a rich variety, and the atmosphere was magical. There are just a few small details I would suggest improving: 1. In the shower, the water drains very slowly — within just a minute of taking a shower, the water starts pooling and doesn’t drain properly. It would be helpful to have the drainage system checked and cleaned. 2. Housekeeping often forgot to leave us body lotion, which was a minor inconvenience. 3. On a few occasions when I called to request an iron and ironing board, I had to call twice and wait for quite a long time — sometimes even a couple of hours. It would be great if such requests could be handled more promptly.

I am absolutely satisfied with my stay at the Four Seasons. The service was truly exceptional, and the food — simply outstanding. The hotel grounds and entertainment options are fantastic. Everything felt incredibly comfortable and well-organized. Housekeeping was also excellent.
