Amazing villa, fabulous location, we have stayed many times in Protarus this was the best yet, the villa was spotless, the photos really don’t do it justice, it’s absolutely amazing, couldn’t of wished for anything more, I would definitely recommend for a family holiday

Was nothing not to like, everything was perfect, I would recommend a kettle in the basement kitchenette however

The whole property was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Close to the beach and the strip. Full equipped.

Very close to the beach, bars and shops. Towels provided for pool. Good size pool and the roof top area has great views. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere as it’s close to shops, restaurants, the beach and also a Lidl supermarket nearby. Lovely great sized pool, nice outdoor seating area and comfortable sun loungers. Pool table and hot tub on the roof terrace were great. Bus stops close by if you want to take the bus to explore other locations. Some refreshments were supplied on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk, crackers, juice etc. Fresh towels supplied half way through our stay. We had some minor issues which were dealt with swiftly by the owner, overall had an enjoyable holiday in a lovely villa.

Villa could have been better maintained to keep it looking like a luxury villa, once it is a few years old certain things need replacing to keep it up to date as things get worn out and this takes away from the luxury feel.

Fantastic villa in a superb location! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in the Protaras area!

The hosts were very helpful before and during our stay and answered any questions we had as well as organising our transfers for us. The house exceeded our expectations and the photos don’t do it justice. It had loads of extra appliances and things to do which were not listed. We would definitely book again.

Location is perfect for beach, shops, restaurants and regular buses to surrounding areas. The rooms were large enough and clean and the beds were some of the best we have slept on. The pool was clean and outdoor seating was great for eating anne drinking outside. I rarely use a bbq when in holiday but the one at the villa was easy to use and clean.

A venue behind the villa played extremely loud music at the weekend until after 2am making sleeping difficult. Pool table release mechanism would stick regularly so didn't get much use of the table. The hot tub was on the roof patio area but would benefit from a small drinks fridge up there also as going up and down 3 flights of stairs to get a drink was not feasible.

The Villa was very spacious, the location to the beach, shops and restaurants was excellent. The host was very friendly and very helpful. The facilities ie the swimming pool, the hot tub, the pool table and table tennis were excellent.

Really great location, just a short walk to shops and restaurants and a little further to the beach. Lovely main house with a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ outside. Plenty or seating for everyone in the living room an lounge areas. Plenty of towels provided for showers and pool area. Host Victoria was great explaining everything and getting a small pool issue sorted really quickly. Also managed to arrange for us to have use of a different property for a while as our pick up wasn't until later in the day.

Basement bedroom was a bit basic, included a small kitchenette but it wasn't equipped with anything so no point in it. Shower trays were quite shallow and had a tendency to flood when using the shower. The layout could have been a bit better, 1 larger bedroom with en-suite was set out as a twin however I feel this would have been better as a master with the smaller bedrooms and shared bathroom being used as the twins.

This villa is everything you coulf ever need for a perfect family holiday. Beds are exceptionally comfortable and the whole place is very clean. One of the best features is the perfect location.. Exacly 7 mins (slow walk) to the beach which has so many different watersports in the crystal clear sea. Very reasonably priced too! Just a few minutes from the main bars and restaurants with a variety of menus to suit all tastes. We will absolutely be returning and would recommended to friends and family 100%.

The basement room doesn't lock and there are are no locks on the bathroom doors. Definitely not a deal breaker though.

Slight issue with the keys getting into the basement room but nothing that Victoria couldn’t help us with

From moment we made booking the communications with the hosts was absolutely first class. All information we needed was sent prior. Even organised our airport transfers and need to add what very pleasant and helpful man the driver was . Without any hesitation I would use this company again can’t thank them enough… Also location was excellent besides being a fantastic villa everything was so close by beaches bars restaurants and supermarket

Think of only one small thing the outside bbq facilities were not the best, but in no way spoiled the holiday
