The building is a bit older, but it wasn’t an issue since the apartment itself was very clean.

The location is very convenient and central, just a 4–5 minute walk to the center (ta mpania). We also enjoyed a lovely view from the balcony overlooking the neighboring resort pools. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to cook a couple of meals in the apartment. Most importantly, Antreas, the host, is super helpful and very friendly!

Few times we had problem with the toilet either flowing or not working but owner was very nice and said that will take care of the problem. Furniture is a bit old but working well overall.

The location is central to all paphos amenities but is located in a quiet residential area. Andrea's is a fantastic host, very helpful and on hand whenever he is needed.

Although there is a relatively new hotel with many pools nextdoor, I like that the apartments are still quiet. Very spacious apartments. Shops, restaurants, sea, bus, everything in walking distance.

Paphos was insanely hot during our stay (perceived 41°) and our apartment was too, despite having the AC on when we came back from our trips. It might have been an old device as it was not cooling down the apartment and we were dripping sweat constantly. Apart from this minor issue, we did not have any troubles at all.

The host was really helpful and kind, he gave us plenty of suggestions on activities and places to visit, and even arranged a taxi ride back to the airport for us. The location was great as the neighborhood was peaceful and at walking distance to a supermarket and the harbour. It was a lovely stay!

Everything was excellent.

The apartment has very good location, parking spot, wonderful view from the terrace to the blooming bougainvillea oppositе. It's clean and the rooms are big enough. The staff is very kind and responsive, even though we didn't see each other in person. We would stay there again with pleasure!

Sorroundings (and to be true major parts of the city) are not stroller friendly with high pawements and a lot of road works.

The flat is at excellent location, close to Harbour station from where you can go every here. Nearby are cafes, restaurants and shops, and one big supermarket. Flat is spatious, has all the necessities, and great terrace which is in the shade in the morning and great for the morning coffee. Looks very much like in the pictures.

Three of us stayed and loved it. Very suitable location for getting to the waterfront in Paphos. Just a few minutes walk. The flat was extremely clean and well equipped. The host was really friendly and very helpful. Good value for money.

It was difficult to take a shower as the water pressure was very low. The pressure in the washbasin was perfect so I don’t know what the problem was.

The location is great. Just a few blocks away from the beach. It was spacious, with a big bed and wardrobes in the bedroom, and two sofas in the living room. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster and induction plate. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool area of a hotel next door so I liked the view.

The location was very close to the beach ad the Archaeological site of Nea Pafos. Also, there was in five mitutes a bus-stop for many directions.
