It was noisy at night and the location is not the nest fit for going to the beach you would have to walk 20-30 mins and also no bus nearby, but you can manage it is not that big of a problem for the price and facilities it offers

I had an amazing experience staying at Estia. Rooms were clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Very close distance from sea and main tourist attractions. The host was very friendly, kind and caring. The garden was absolutely beautiful. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend 🤍🤍🤍

The place was really clean, maintained and beautiful. We felt like home with all the plants and cats (beautiful and so cute). The host was AMAZING! Best place we’ve stayed at in Ayia Napa. It was really quiet at night which we liked a lot. We will definitely come back here!

Eleni is the best host, inside is very clean, the rooms are excellent and location is also great very close to the bus station, restaurants and lots of shops. The internet is good also. One of the things that made our stay in Cyprus unforgettable was our stay in the Estia Vasilis Manoli apartment. First of all, I must say that the apartment is extremely clean and Mrs. Eleni did everything to keep it that way during our stay. A clean room, clean towels, clean bed linen were waiting for us every three days. The rug in the bathroom was always new and clean. The garden that Mrs. Eleni has in her yard is priceless and a place where you can drink coffee in the shade. The only thing that wasn't right were the huge cakes she brought us, which she made herself and then just leaves them to surprise you when you come back from the beach.Thank you so much our dear Eleni:))))

The location of the vila is near to the clubs, but it was not so loud, we had no problems with noise. You need about 30 min to get to Nissi beach on foot, but there is a cheap public bus that you can take very easily.

Eleni redefines the word hospitality! She is so genuinely nice and friendly. She even made us some cake when we got back from the beach one day. The garden is full of cute cats which we especially liked. Eleni takes good care of them and you are not an exception as her guest :)

I join all the very positive opinions posted by Mrs. Eleni's guests. I confirm that Mrs. Eleni is a wonderful hostess who cares about her guests as her friends. She makes wonderful baked goods and shows great kindness. As for the house, the room was very well equipped. Water and juice were in the fridge on arrival. Next to the house there is a roofed place full of flowers, which provides coolness and rest during the greatest heat. I recommend it with all my heart!

Everything was amazing! The host is so welcoming she even had some snacks/coffee ready for us on our arrival. On our last day she also baked a cake. The location is also perfect!

Everything i read in the reviews for this place is absolutely true. We were very pleasantly welcomed by the host Eleni, one of the kindest people I have met, Eleni was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed, we were greeted with juice and water in the fridge, which was refreshing after a long trip. The accommodation is very clean, it has everything you need for your stay. Also a beautiful garden and in a good location, everything is great, but I think the host Eleni makes this place special. We are very satisfied with our stay, our recommendations.🥰

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay at the apartment hosted by Eleni. She warmly and kindly welcomed us, making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, with a beautiful garden and a superb location. It’s close to the city center and conveniently near the bus stop that connects the entire island. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it.

The host was very welcoming and kind. The apartment is very clean and tidy. It has all the necessary facilities you need in a stay. Altough it is in the city center and there are clubs around it isn’t noisy, besides the motorbikes but that’s a normal thing in Ayia Napa. It is a very nice place, different than the other ones in a good way. Good price/value. Hope to come back again to this place!

Eleni is a great host.I felt at home in an apartment. The host surprised me with homemade traditional cakes. Water and juice in the fridge were also a big plus, which was a nice refreshment after a long journey.The apartment has everything essential, dishes, iron, shampoo, as well as a lot of clothes hangers, laundry pegs. Although the accommodation is 20 minutes walk from the beach, it is relatively in the center of Ayia Napa. It is 5 minutes walk to the central bus stop (where intercity buses to Larnaca, Osea buses and Kapnos airport shuttle bus depart). Thank you a lot Eleni.

The water pressure is quite weak. Most of the time I had to shower with cold water. As far as i understand this is a general problem on the island. But I didn't check other facilities, so I cannot know for sure.

- The host was very nice and communicated very well. All needs were met immediately. - It is very close to nightlife and great restaurants around - The place had AC and sun blinders which was very useful for me, as I love to sleep in a dark and cold room - Balcony was really nice to have my morning coffee - Lots of vegetation around the facilities

It is not so often that you meet truly sincere and kind people who care about others - Eleni is just like that. Our trip felt like a trip to the family for the summer, because this is how Eleni treats her guests. The villa is very nice and comfortable for living. Many details handmade by Eleni, which symbolize her love and care. She personally created an incredibly beautiful and authentic space where you feel safe - this is very important to me as girl in travel trip. The rooms are very neat and clean. It has everything you need and will make you feel right at home. Cleaning takes place with your consent, because the hostess will never disturb you and is concerned about your peace and rest in her villa. The room even had a plug adapter for your convenience. The room is tastefully decorated and very original. It is important for me to surround myself with beautiful things, and to create a space where I can enjoy my stay, that is why Estia Vasilis Manoli apartments were a pleasant discovery for me, because everything I love is here - art, minimalism, comfort, many plants and also pleasant company . It was peaceful to live here. Since this is the center, you should understand that there are discos nearby, but they didn't bother us, for us the proximity to everything was a big plus. Eleni even prepared traditional treats for us when we first arrived after the road and also when we left for home, it was a big pleasant surprise for us! Eleni will help you in any situation, because she is always in the villa, she is ready to help you at any time. She is open to communication, one day we talked for several hours with Eleni because she is a very intelligent woman who is interesting to have a conversation with. It was sad to leave this heavenly place and return home:)

Immediately you enter the property, there is a very nice garden you can see in the pictures that really stand out from the neighborhood around. Very eco environment with lots of flowers and greenery. What sets this accommodation apart from the rest is the impeccable approach of the host. Eleni is one of the kindest person we have ever met in any accommodation we have booked so far. You really feel like you've come to the home of a best friend you've known for years. She was there for everything, gave us an additional EU socket, and since we were there during Orthodox Easter she served us with some traditional cake they are making only once in the year. In general, she was always there for everything. Another detail I have to point out is the internet connection. I measured 50/66 on the test. Yes, not a typo. The upload is really 60 Mb/s. So, if you have work to do, you can count on having a strong and stable internet connection for sure. The location depends on what you are looking for. It can be a bit noisy during the night, but you are very close to the city center where you can find many restaurants, fast food, and markets just a few meters away. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

City garbage trucks taking the trash every night around 2AM... I'm a light sleeper, so the banging would wake me up every time. The hubby on the other hand had no problem sleeping right through this :)

The owner is such a nice and kind lady, we had such a great time staying there, almost like with the family! The studio was very nice, clean and super comfy. The small garden in the front was a delight to sit at in the morning and enjoy the first coffee of the day. Even though the street is in the very narrow centre, just outside the pedestrian area, there was no extensive noise from the nightlife. Would definitely recommend!

The hostess Eleni was really lovely. She was thoughtful - gave us some nice homemade treats and drinks to cool down, and had umbrellas that we could borrow for the beach - and very friendly (we had some really great conversations).
