Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The breakfast was excellent. It had everything, and everything was very tasty. The staff at the restaurant, and in general, were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist you.

CyprusThe room was not as clean as we expected for a 5 star hotel. On our arrival date there was dust on every surface in the room especially on night stands. Every time we had the label on our door “please make my room” the staff didn’t come. Also one time that the staff came to make our room they forgot to put towels and we wait around 20 min for them to bring the towels. Note that we were waking up early around 7:30 in the morning. In summary we were very disappointed when it comes to the cleanness and food quality as this was a 5 star hotel!

I showed them the documents I had with me and their comment was that they thought that the reservetion was for standard room. Finally, they found the suite for us and it was fine. Dinner needs improvement. They offer quantity but not quality.

CyprusWe had a half-board reservation. I found it a bit odd that drinks were extra at lunch and dinner. I understand alcoholic drinks, but even water was charged. The hotel has some issues with overall cleanliness. We didn't have any problems with the cleanliness in our room, but we didn't get the feeling that the public areas were clean.
Before arriving at the hotel, I was a bit disappointed to see recent reviews, which had received numerous complaints about the food and cleanliness. We didn't experience any significant issues with the cleanliness, but the food was limited and generally the same old thing. Breakfast was a bit better, so I was satisfied. The location of the hotel is really great.

United KingdomHouse keeping was a bit gap hazard. I think it depended on who was cleaning the room. On 4 occasions no towels were left, but have to say, always prompt to bring up once we asked reception. On a few occasions the floor in sleeping area was not swept. The only other thing, more an architectural design oversight. Only 2 lifts, which for a hotel of that size is no way near enough. Hotel wasn’t at full capacity and at busy times we often had to wait quite a while to get lift. we were in 4th floor so stairs wasn’t really an option
The hotel is lovely, and right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool and the grounds adjacent to beach . We thought food was very good. Always a good selection of food. And the all inclusive option was def worth it. Although if you prefer not to go all inclusive, the hotel is literally 2 mins wallk and you in the main strip, lots of places to eat drink and shop. The dining room staff were all very friendly and efficient The beach is not private so need to hire brolly and befs. But really cheap €7.50 day for 2 beds and 1 brolly . The beach is very clean and crystal clear water.

United KingdomMost of the cocktails and all of the restaurants are in “ultra all inclusive” which was not made clear or available to book on Booking.com. All meals in “all inclusive” were the buffet. And the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were listed as “2 separate venues” and they were not, still the same buffet.

United StatesRooms were not clean thoroughly, towels would be missing every other day. In 10 days I was there with family, we had to call the front desk at least 8 times because of cleaning issues. The elevators are way too slow for the amount of people. Food was very repetitive and often for lunch the deserts would be missing or have very little choice. The serves at lunch time would take a really long time to being us drinks and especially coffee. The day before I left, I asked the front desk for a wake up call at 1:10am on June 20. No one called us to wake us up. The front desk the day before scheduled a taxi for us at 1:30am on June 20 and when we got downstairs, there was no taxi. They had to rush and call another one. This was very irresponsible and caused us stress traveling with kids. Service needs a lot of improvement. And the staff overall could be smiling a bit more. They all look miserable

Israeli think as many people already said : the food could be better, more fruits for instance. but i still liked it. I am sure i will come back. For 4-5 days this is the best choice to stay in cyprus.
the location is amazing!!!! honestly i liked everything here! if u stay here go and try sauna !!!! also spa centre is nice. the color of water was sooooo beautiful and water was very clean, i definitely think we came during the best season as the hotel was not full and not so many kids and we could find places on the beach whenever we came.

United KingdomNew pillows needed in the room. The disabled access room has electronic controls and the aircon kept going off after an hour so the room was very hot. Lunch and dinner was lacking and so bar snacks were needed to replace lunch and we ate out most nights. The entertainment in the evening was terrible, just bad singers with no atmosphere and so we didn't stay at the hotel in the evening, the location meant this wasn't an issue. Sound proofing is an issue in these rooms, you can hear other guests quite alot. I had a few sleepless nights because of this.
Great location. Nice size pool, clean quality sun loungers with more than enough for everyone, no fight to secure a lounger. Great bar at the pool, nice selection of snacks available throughout the day. The hotel was very clean and the reception staff were very helpful.

SerbiaIn addition to slightly higher noise, it seems that the hotel needs some renovation. The lifts were busy all the time - seems that the capacity is a bit low for such a hotel.
Directly on the perfect sand beach (15 meters), fine breakfast served on the beach level garden terrace. Nice outdoor pool on the beach, heated indoor pool. The only drawback (as practically always in this kind of hotels) is slightly higher noise level from the kitchen vents, pool vents and air conditioning.

BelgiumThe food does not meet 5-star standards. • They often serve leftovers from the previous day, and if you’re a vegetarian, there’s hardly anything to eat. • Breakfast is always the same and quite poor, with low-quality cold cuts. • There was a wide selection of desserts, but none were actually tasty. The focus was on presentation, while the quality was clearly overlooked.
The lobby and rooms of the hotel have a premium feel. The location is great, and the lawn with sun loungers is a nice touch.
