How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewWe were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The customer service is disastrous: no listening, no willingness to solve problems. Regarding the children’s activities, the hotel changes the rules without notice. As a result, our kids were unable to enjoy the promised entertainment. This is totally unacceptable, especially since these services are highlighted in their communication. In addition, the advertising is clearly misleading: they make you believe there are benefits if you play at the casino, but in reality nothing is honored. The luggage service is just as scandalous: they broke our suitcase, attempted a clumsy “repair,” and then refused to offer any real compensation. In summary: broken promises, lack of professionalism, and complete disrespect for customers. We will not return and strongly advise against this establishment.

Verified reviewThe hotel was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was amazingly vibrant. While there wasn't a traditional beach, the "beach" swimming pool with real sand was a fantastic feature where kids could play. Our room was lovely, boasting a bathroom equipped with both a spa bath and a shower. We also appreciated the 24-hour free refill bar stocked with snacks for kids and sparkling drinks for adults. When we encountered issues with the sofa (not suitable for two kids) and the air conditioning, the manager personally helped us find a new room, which we greatly appreciated.
The room size stated on booking was misleading, as nearly half the space was taken up by the bathroom. This left virtually no room for moving around when traveling with kids. The "sofa bed" is definitely not a double bed, so if you have two children, you should certainly consider booking a larger room. We were also frustrated by the numerous regulations that are only disclosed upon arrival. Despite having five swimming pools (adults only, kids with three slides, jacuzzi, pool-bar, and beach), our options were severely limited. If you have small children (specifically under 110 cm) and/or a pregnant wife, you can effectively only use the beach pool. The adult pool is off-limits, the kids' slides are mostly inaccessible unless you hold them on only one small slide (it didn't matter to the staff that the child is 108 cm, he wasn't allowed to use the slides by himself), the jacuzzi is forbidden during pregnancy, and the pool-bar area is very smoky with dirty water from cigarettes and drinks. Furthermore, the hotel only serves breakfast but has five different restaurants. However, for small kids, only the buffet is truly relevant. They quote €55 for adults and 50% for kids above six, but fail to mention that even simple water costs an additional €5. To add to the frustration, you're made to sign an agreement upon arrival that no outside food delivery is allowed. They don't explicitly tell you this, but if you order outside food, it will be confiscated at the entrance, with a small metal sign presented as justification. Regarding kids' activities, there were very few options. The kids' club is quite small and located far from the main building, making it inconvenient. There's also a movie theater, but it only starts at 8 PM, which is too late for small children. Lastly, if it's your birthday, don't expect any complimentary gestures like a small cake or a fruit platter in your room.

Verified reviewThe hotel was luxurious, large, spacious and beautiful. The service and cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. The staff was very kind. In the dining room there was plenty of food, a very large variety for both children and adults. Because our flight was early in the morning and the dining room only opened at seven, they treated us to breakfast on the way.

As the casino is open 24 hours and takes up most of the ground floor, there is a constant smell of cigarettes that make the air very stale inside the main lobby.
