At night it can get a little loud because of the people partying in their rooms until late but overall we didnt have a problem with that.

Everything was great,location is near the center square just 5 minute walk and near the main street from all the clubs and night life in ayia napa, Our room was very clean and had everything we needed.

On the first night, it was very noisy from the bar and pool area during late evening hours, which should be quiet hours. There was also noise from the neighboring room, and we couldn’t fall asleep until 3 a.m. due to loud music and shouting from other guests. We suggested to the reception that more attention should be given to respecting quiet hours. From the following night, it was noticeably quieter.

The accommodation is very well equipped and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is fully functional and includes all essentials. The kitchen offers plenty of facilities and great tools for cooking meals. The accommodation is about a 7–8 minute walk from the main street and around 15–20 minutes from the city beach. The accommodation includes a swimming pool, a bar for food and drinks, and a 24-hour reception.

Very small balcony, very loud location with metal stairways right outside the bedroom. Bathrooms need a bit of work.

Very minor things… breakfast quality could be improved a bit… could do with a proper hanging area with pegs for drying clothes… also not sure if an elevator was available in our block but not really bothered by that.

Excellent location quite close to d centre. Nice spacious apartment with huge terrace. Friendly and helpful staff - reception, restaurant and also housekeeping. Pool area was nice as well.

It is not a great setup for cooking, and I wish it was a double bed and not a twin bed. What are in the pool were too cold for it to be reasonable to go in..

We found a bra in the room and the cleaners came in while we were sleeping and only took the trash out. Nothing else was cleaned , not even the towels.

They upgraded us on a better room with the biggest balcony and the best view.

The beds were joined side by side but they separated easily at the slightest movement, so it was very easy to fall between the 2 beds and injure yourself. I think this could be solved, so this is a suggestion for the hotel management.

Location is good, short walk from the city center (500m), but far enough to be in quite zone. Just across the hotel is supermarket. Beds are very comfortable. Wi-fi was working good (we watched movie). I have to say that the air conditioner was included in the price and we didn't pay extra for it (as we read a few comments that some people were paying extra for the air conditioner) and it worked properly. The stuff were polite.
