Nothing we didn’t like.

The villa is as described, and having the use of washing machine, dishwasher, good aircon all adds to the experience. The villa is close to a quiet beach cove with a beach bar which suited us perfectly and although the main town of Protaras is a distance, the bus stop is just at the end of the road and buses are very regular so not a problem. You can easily walk to the nearest taverna or shop. The hosts are very accommodating and helped us with all our enquiries very quickly.

Modern villa in quiet new neighbourhood, close to Protaras centre and beautiful beaches. The house has great yard with a pool, barbecue and seating area. Great view from the roof terrace! Available free parking spaces. Big living and dining room,3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and full equipment kitchen. The host is one of the most responsible I have ever met, he was helping us with everything we needed, answering all the requests we had, recommending us places and activities and made our holiday unforgettable! I will definitely come back in the summer season!

The hosts were amazing. The property itself is a clean modern family villa very tastefully decorated and situated very close to both the strip and the beach, very convenient. I'll still recommend hiring a car to get around. (I went in February and it was a lifesaver) even in the summer months it just makes experiencing the island that bit better. Already planning to come back this summer. I know what its like with endless villa comparisons, book with confidenc!!

Toilet paper was only for 1 day then you have to buy it. The shower have problems draining system. Nevertheless, it was very minor points for our stay.

It’s a very nice and warm place to have a holiday with friends and family. It is more recommended for the family due to the very quiet location. The villa was in a clean, the pool was cleaned on next day of our arrivals. The bottle of vine with fruits and some water in the fridge was really nice and absolutely needed on a very hot summer day. As for the accommodation itself, it was simply fantastic. It was clean and the space was so inviting and cozy . We loved taking advantage of the pool and barbequeu, which were both clean and well-maintained. The villa is also well located, close to amenities, such as supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants. It is also a short walk from the beach. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Villa hosted by very helpful and attentive host Panikos. He was coming every day to ask if we need anything and if he can help us to have a nice time.

Our stay at Casa De Nicole in Protaras was absolutely delightful! This charming apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The living area is spacious, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bedroom is equally inviting, with a plush bed that ensured I had restful nights throughout my stay. Casa De Nicole is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in keeping the space tidy and welcoming is evident, from the spotless bathroom to the fresh linens and towels provided. The fully-equipped kitchen was a major plus. It had all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals, which was great for days when I preferred dining in. The nearby grocery stores made it easy to stock up on essentials. The host, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and was always available to answer any questions I had. The warm hospitality added a personal touch to the experience. Casa De Nicole exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and would love to return for another stay.
