The size, was small enough to feel intimate but big enough to feel spacious. Large pool. Great facilities- pool bar / restaurants/ entertainment. Friendly staff. Food in buffet very good.

For the price paid I thought the room would be larger, but it was certainly comfortable enough.

The food was fantastic, the buffet was always fresh and never over-crowded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids club was brilliant, our 5 and 2yr olds both enjoyed it.

Mini bar fridge could be bigger, it was a struggle to try to fit our beverages inside it. Vegan food in breakfast doesn't have much variety and lacks a bit of protein. Adult pool sometimes was a bit dirty because several birds land on it to drink water. Nothing too horrible, but it is worth considering a solution for.

Staff was incredibly nice. Everyone. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. For my birthday we got a nice bottle of sparkling wine sent to the room and balloons and birthday decoration. When we dinned at one of the restaurants in the Hotel (Cipro) the manager sent a bottle of Brut to our table for the birthday, and when we ordered dessert we got a "happy birthday" chocolate engraving on it. The room is gorgeous, perfectly clean and well decorated. The hotel is located at a very silent place and one can really relax and enjoy the nature (lots of trees and green all over). In addition, the adults only pool is beautiful and comfortable. Special thanks to Rodula, Johanna and Andreas who were simply wonderful and made this birthday unforgettable. Best hotel price/quality wise. It was my first time at a 5-star resort and it was definitely worth it. I'm vegan and vegan food in the breakfast is acceptable and healthy.

The restaurant was so noisy, rather like a school canteen. The noise of chair legs grating made conversation difficult. Although there was a good variety of salads and cooked meals the dining chairs were so, so uncomfortable that I had great discomfort in the base of my spine for the entire holiday.

In July 2024 we stayed in room 907 for Adults Only. It was the best holiday we had ever had, it was so quiet, so peaceful that we just wanted to replicate that holiday. We had our own patio outside our room, with two sunbeds, an umbrella, two chairs and a small round table. We also had a mini bar so we could just pop in to the room and get a drink - bliss. We just lay on the sun beds outside on the grass and simply relaxed. That is just what holidays are all about. We are coming again on the 4 September 2025 and would really like to have room 907 once again if at all possible.

What went well was the guest relation staff Christalla. She was an amazing lady. We had been stranded due to BA flight cancellation and our son had been taking ill and separated from us from the flight cancellation. After leaving the hotel and upon returning to the Hotel. She correctly discern that both my wife and I were extremely stressed and needed to stay near from our separated ill taken son. She managed to help and and arranged for us to remain in the same same hotel wilt our son. She made all the difference on the rating because of her act of intervention of our need. I think she should definitely be commended by her superiors for what she did for us. Her attitude and readiness to help. She really seemed to have gone the extra mile to ensure our break was not too disrupted. Because of her or the fact that someone is always there to help we will definitely return to Azia Hotel.

The hotel is 4 stars maximum. Old design and accordingly everything in it is just as old and old-fashioned. Food, service and facilities is average. If you are looking for 5-star comfort, then this is not the place for you. The hotel does not have its own beach. The municipal beach provides places for a ticket from the hotel in the last row of sun beds. You will not like it, be prepared to pay for a comfortable place on the beach. Otherwise, a good average hotel with very pleasant staff.

This hotel has very good staff, they actually make your life more comfortable. The hotel itself is 4 stars maximum.

There wasn’t much entertainment for the kids. No beach. Have to walk a bit for a swim in the sea.

The staff at this hotel is simply the best. Special shout out to the canteen staff! Very kind and helpful. The food was great, except for the Italian restaurant. Great, beautiful location. The hotel didn’t feel crowded. Spa is definitely worth visiting.

Hotel is a bit dated for its status and needs some renovation in the rooms

The gardens are beautiful, with huge trees creating a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, even for families. The all-inclusive package covers also the in-house restaurants apart from the regular buffet, which offer quality food. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Watching the sunset from the terrace is a fantastic experience.

The room was not properly cleaned when we first entered, but it was just a small mistake from the cleaners. The next day the room was spotless Shower was narrow and needed exyra caution.

Staff was friendly and always willing to help from the start! Location was excellent, and always quiet. Food was perfect for both breakfast and dinner. The sea view room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The adults pool was very quiet and clean throughout the day.

The staff made it and was very clean big shout out to Chrysalla who welcomed us and was just glorious and attentive throughout our stay. Charlie- the amazingly helpful and lovely Scottish guy on reception Nino- amazing and kind to my kids Ioana- again amazing and so attentive to my kids

I was particularly touched by their gesture when I had a little accident whilst at the hotel. They did all they could to make sure I was okay. Thank you again. The kids club was also amazing- my daughter rated it 10/10. Rooms were well lit and we had a fantastic view from the balcony. The food was just AMAZING and so were the drinks. The sea side was stunning and we really enjoyed the evening walks everyday. Entertainment every night was so good! Top marks for that too! We will no doubt be back again. Highly recommend the property

We found no faults

A very welcoming hotel complex. The friendliness of the staff was superb throughout. Whole complex was exceptionally clean and well run. Pool and garden area was excellent. Food was continually excellent, the additional restaurants, aside from the all inclusive buffet, were superb and added extra variety. We felt very relaxed and well cared for throughout our stay.
