You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Trinidad and TobagoFirstly, be very careful of the added cost for cleaning and vat that isn't included in the final price when booking. Secondly, there is an added cos for the use t of electricity. You were given 6 kilowatts per day. Anything beyond that is an added cost. 1$US per kilowatt. We used a lot more than 6 kilowatts without the use of the Ac. Which brings me to the 3rd critique. The Ac was not working well to cool the place down. It must be stated that we were not charged the extra kilowatt because we were very adamant with the host that we didn't see the extra charge for electricity in the initial description of the place.
The location was excellent once you rented a vehicle. The place and layout were very attractive. There was excellent parking also. The pool, through it, was salt water was very beautiful . Great for pictures... Black pepper, salt, and olive oil were provided in the kitchen with all the necessary cutlery. The host speaks fluent English, so it was easy to communicate with her.

ArubaProperty where we stayed , the apartment needs an urgent paint updated inside. Give a very sloppy look. Fridge was not working properly, we informed staff but no follow up from their side
Very safe neighborhood. Special you can park your vehicle very close to the apartment. Very nice garden and clean swimming pool Not far from the city.

United StatesThe communication from the host was very poor. There was no communication at all regarding how to access the apartment. The stove was broken for the duration of our stay and we were given a one burner camping stove. We understand that things happen but the host seemed indifferent and was difficult to reach. He did not return calls or respond to texts. He seemed to be on his own timeline. The ventilation in the apartment was poor.

United StatesVery good communication. Host went above and beyond by decorating the place before our arrival once she found out that my stay was for us to celebrate with my daughters birthday. My daughter did not want to leave once we arrived. Her and her friends spend all day in the pool and did not want to come out. We could not have chosen a better location and host. Lot of space to relax either around the pool, under the tree or by the pergola. I truly appreciate all you did to make my daughters stay special. We will be back.
