I realy enjoyed the facilities. The fact that you could also make use of the areas at Corendon was also great. The food was really good for the most part. Great variety.

The buffet was VERY good and varied. All the restaurants are worth a visit. The staff is 9/10 times very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to Willemstad and the some of the main sightseens. We recommend the kayak tour of the Mangrove Park, there is an entrance from within the Hotel.

You couldn’t ask for a spoon or glass, the face and reaction that you get back, so unprofessional! Only the staff at reception were nice and friendly. Everyone was complaining about their service! Just terrible!

CuraçaoOn the second day of our stay, we've been informed that the electricity in the rooms will be off from 9 am due to maintenance issues. Didn't expect it to last more than five hours. This was the only uncomfortable situation.
In comparison with the Sister Hotel, the Rif has a more lay back and quiet vibe. (What we were looking for) Love that we could use both facilities. The service was pleasant. From the checking in to the bartenders. We had a good and relaxing time.

United StatesRoom service at midnight was always awful. The first night I ordered some food and the guy who brought the order was so rude like he didn’t want to. The second time I ordered a sandwich and it never arrived. I waited for more than 1.5 hours (check the pic). As a resort it is expected to provide costumers with comfort at all times. Unfortunately it wasn’t the experience we had during room service.
