Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We just stayed here for 5 days in mid September. This property was immaculate! Above and beyond our expectations. One of the best we've ever stayed in. The host Andre was wonderful, kind, understanding, and above and beyond helpful. He had literally stocked the condo with everything we needed and even things we didn't know we needed until we needed them! The property was beautiful, the pool was amazing, the sunsets over the pool with the ocean view in the background were among the most gorgeous we've ever seen, and right from our balcony! The beach was a three minute drive and was the nicest beach of all the ones we visited during our stay. The rental car was delivered to our condo. Super affordable and easy. (You need a car!) The beach charges a fee to get on but it was included with our stay by our host. It was never crowded at the beach, we got chairs and a palapa each day, there was soft white sand, food and drinks delivered to your beach chair, and snorkeling right there (with gear also provided by our host!) The gated community offered a extra level of security but we didn't have any safety issues during our trip even when we took a rental car to explore the island. (Don't forget to bring cash when exploring though, as all of the gas stations we tried to go to will not take credit cards!) On the last day of our stay our host even drove us to the airport. I can't say enough good things about this trip and especially about our host, Andre. It was nice knowing that the host was somewhere nearby while we were there and we could reach out to him if needed help with anything. We did learn that they do things a little differently with vacation rental payments over there where you pay at the property or send a transfer but we ended up sending our payment through PayPal with no problem whatsoever.

LuxembourgNothing, everything was perfect! We strongly recommend renting a car if you want to do anything outside of Blue Bay Area.
Spacious and fully equipped apartment with everything you need. Situated in the gated Blue Bay Area, you can benefit from all its advantages, including the beautiful beach (free entry). We particularly enjoyed the huge terrace with its stunning ocean view. André is always available and ready to help, willing to make your stay perfect. Don't hesitate to rent a car from Rémy (BBautoverhuur) - trustworthy and excellent service. The car was awaiting us upon arrival at the apartment’s free parking spot. We would book here again, without thinking!
