Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location was very good. The view from the balcony and terrace was amazing. The apartment was very spacious and confortable.

United StatesDining in the area is relatively expensive and limited, but we preferred to cook most of our own meals anyway. Owners do a great job maintaining the property, but the screen on the sliding doors had some small tears, which I'm sure they'll soon fix.
Amazing view overlooking the ocean to the west provides for incredible sunsets. Very nice facility, protected from the dominant trade winds and close access to some of the best world-class snorkeling beaches in Curacao (rental car highly suggested, just don't leave anything in sight in the car). Gated/fenced property and parking. We loved it so much, we came back for a second time!

NorwayPleasant and helpful hosts, ready to help at any time. Easy to find. Quiet location. Great view directly to the sea, both from the balcony and from the terrace. Iguanas, hummingbirds and other amazing birds, all of which you can watch in the morning with a cup of coffee, it's great! Beautiful beaches nearby - Playa Jeremi, Grote Knip ... We had a great time here. You need a car, then from here it's easy to reach any part of this small island. Thanks Karin, greetings from Norway !

Excellent location with beautiful sunsets every night, separated over 2 levels with balconies on both levels. It was stunning and the property was within a gated area so felt very safe. Nice pool and access to beautiful beach only a few mins walk. The property was great and had everything you need and more which was fab. Extras like a cooler and storage bags made it so much easier to go out and about. Will be back to stay here again. Easy check in and out via the key lock.

United Stateswhen we arrived, it smelled bad, the ac would not work-it is a very old unit as well. When we contacted the owners to help us they said oh the electricity goes out on the island all the time. Check the breaker. We did this and my husband found one turned the wrong way and flipped it. Now all the power went out and the breaker resisted being pushed the other way. It was nearly 100 degrees inn the unit. There was no on site manager to help us and it was getting to be dusk by the time the owners-who reside in Canada, I believe, found an electrician to help us. We waited for him to get there for over two hours. I went out and walked around the grounds to discover a dirty pool and a nearly vacant resort with no central management station. We were terrified of spending the night in an electricity free resort-no way to charge our phones-100 degrees-very remote. So my husband started making calls to other resorts for vacancies. We found one but needed to commit to the time frame we would be on the island or risk having no place to go. We did. As we were pulling out to leave, an electrician approached our vehicle and said he would try to fix it. it was already to dark to even see inside the facility so we told him we had made other arrangements and left. By the time we arrived at the new hotel it was about 10 pm. The owner texted-the electrician was able to fix the electricity. We said no thank you. It was too little too late. The only thing Breathtaking about Breathtaking View is the surrounding nature. The furnishings are awful-an old covered futon, no kitchen table -and plenty of inexpensive Knick knacks too cover up the old cracked plaster and help you ignore the bad smell. Communicating with the owners through the Ap was difficult at best. This was a terrible experience and we wasted our whole first day on the island. The owner stated that she’s not refunding anything. She got it fixed after all.
The nearby Lagoon beach was pretty.
