United StatesThe resort is small compared to what I’m use to and the price was on the expensive side. Because of the size of the resort, the entertainment is so loud under your room. They are understaff, so when it came to food services it was subpar. I ordered room service and it never showed up and the restaurants would be closed. The buffet was a disappointment especially for the price we paid. It was no better than a continental breakfast at a regular hotel.
The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The gym had all the equipment as a regular gym. The pool was nice.

CuraçaoThere was a problem in the kitchen and the alarm in the hotel went off at 3 AM. We all went down to the lobby. But know one could tell us what was happening. After a while they told us that the alarm went of by mistake. I could not sleep after this. I do understand that this could happen, but we were not informed properly. And nothing was done to compensate this error. I'm also trying to book for CNSJ next year, but apparently you guys are already full.
The breakfast was good, the staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. I got a good service. The room was clean. I requested a room facing the CNSJ area, and I got this. Thank you so very much.

The staff weren’t friendly they move slow. They don’t give you the attention that you require. They don’t greet the guest, you pass them on the property they don’t give you eye contact and they don’t give you any type of good morning or good evening. My first night there when I arrive there was no water the front desk claimed that it was something simple and water will be turned on within 15 minutes. Water arrived around 10PM. There a link in the buffet and it took them over an hour to clean up all the water. Staff was taking pictures and video not sure why because nothing was being done. Staff were walking in the puddle of water as if wasn’t there. Tracking water in other places where guest or staff could fall. Our shower drained was clogged and the young man that came to fix it said he would be back he needs to get another tool. He never returned. My experience there was very unpleasant. All your staff need to be trained in hospitality.

Bonaire St Eustatius and SabaThe website mentions that there’s a shuttle bus to downtown but when we asked they said there wasn’t one. This was one of the main reasons why we chose this resort so we kinda felt scammed already. The food is very low quality, lacks taste and doesn’t represent Curaçao’s tasty cuisine. We talked to some tourist and they were very unhappy with the food as well. The buffet had birds eating the snacks, however the next day the food was covered. Sometimes the food made my friend and I sick. To be honest I wish we could be refunded at least partially.
Beautiful view! I will say that the cocktails were great, the employees at hideaway bar and the grill restaurant next to it were friendly. There was a male employee who wore a green shirt (I wish I remembered his name) who was amazing! Very friendly and went out of his ways to made sure we got what we wanted.

United StatesNot many restaurants to pick from, staff doesn’t really seem to be a fast pace with anything, I waited 2 hours for my room once I got there. The pasta restaurant Portofino was horrible. They don’t have much to pick from on room service menu. Needs updated a little.

BrazilFirst of all, I had a problem in my room and the staff said that the hotel was fully booked and I ended up staying in the same room . Secondly, I got pretty anoyed by the fact that the two a là carte restaurants(Oceana and Portofino) were not open daily and were only available for dinner.
It´s my second time staying at Dreams Curacao.The resort is pretty new and modern(It was originally owned by Hilton and was renovated and renamed Dreams curacao in 2019). The Beach was beautiful and quiet , also the restaurants were very good . The rooms in general are pretty spacious and new My favorite thing about the hotel was not only the remains of the Fort Piscadera ,an eighteenth-century fortification built to safeguard the Bay from attacks by English, Spanish and French invading forces , but also, the outdoor lobby bar with premium Drinks

I loved the staff overall! Every Staff member I had spoke with went above and beyond, even the ones that were not directly helping me! I came to Dreams not knowing what to expect and it was one heck of a trip! A gentleman by the name of Piloto made my birthday one of the best birthdays I have ever had, and I was able to win a free massage because of his attentiveness and great dance moves!
