It's convenient that it's just a few meters from the airport so you don't need to rent a car to get there. We missed our flight so we needed a place to stay for one night and it was perfect for that occasion. It was clean and comfortable.

VenezuelaWe have read previous customers´ opinions about the hotel, which were not very good or considered too expensive. We had already decided not to eat in the hotel. And the reason we reserved was because the mandatory confirmation of a hotel to confirm the transit VISA and the fact that the hotel we finally chose was not on the list of Curazao immigration. We were in transit (1 PM11th-9 AM12th). At our arrival, the hotel transportation was not at the airport. Age and wheelchair assistance for my wife, without sleep due to previous connection, we need good transportation. The man in charge of the wheelchair conducted us to a 6 ps. van, the chauffeur explained that it would be US$ 20, a kind of "minimum fee". In 2 minutes!!!, YES!!, we were at the Hotel and we told him that the minimum fee was an abuse, but we paid. The chauffeur descended from the van, with my help, some of the baggage, and left. My wife commented to the receptionist and the driver of the Hotel Van, and both agreed it was an abuse. She tried to hire the hotel´s van to go to the city for dinner, and the chauffeur, Ricardo, requested a minimum of US$ 50.00 (25 per ride). She asked the time on the road and told the driver that it was too expensive, but he stayed in 50. Later on, I asked him to reconsider the fee, taking into consideration that we had already lost US$ 20 because he was not at the airport on our arrival, and he stayed firm at 50!! We decided to stay safe with the room supply of 2 bottles of water, 2 cups coffee+2tee, and some seeds we had in our luggage and sleep to the next journey. We requested the free transportation to the Airport at 9 AM, and I was awake at 6 AM and out for a walk in the direction of the Airport, where I arrived in 10 minutes. If we had a problem with the transportation, I´ve decided to make another walk with our luggage & a slowly 3erd. to the airline with my wife. It was not necessary, Ricardo transported us +2 guests.
The warmth & sympathy at the reception at the hotel. Their professional and excellent attention from all employees we had contact with: 1) the receptionist, 2) the following in turn, 3) the technician solved simple items in the room, helping with the luggage; 4) the gentleman on duty at 6:30 AM. The proximity to the airport offers this property great potential to retain a proportion of forced visitors in connecting flights through Curazao, but at 50% of its rates. Another condition: also offering fair transportation services to restaurants and attractions. Promoting tourism and the economy of the Island.

VenezuelaThe shuttle driver. .absolutely awful..The service is supposed to be free of charge at the selected time and the driver wanted to charge us $10 per person.. every time I come to this hotel and I met him is unpleasant.... Last time, he wanted to charge us but I have a discussion with him.. Telling him that the girl at the front desk tell us that the service was free of charge I hope you can solve this problem. Because it's really disgusting to have this issue with the driver.

CanadaOur flight was cancelled late at night with no one having a place to stay. I quickly booked a room at the Airport Hotel just needing a place for us to sleep. I was in a panic and front desk was so kind and helpful. The facility and rooms would be dated in my North American opinion but our room and bathroom was spotless. I mean that. This hotel would be for convenience for a night or two not a week long family vacation. The only things nearby are the airport and car rentals. A bonus for us was a rooftop restaurant/ bar and pool - see photos. View of the landing strip and ocean - see photo. Again it was dated but clean and so many tropical birds and lizards in bushes beside the pool - see photos - and it was exactly what we needed to put in a day waiting for another flight. I paid $30 US for a late check out. I have zero complaints and am very thankful to the staff for their warmth and kindness. Also hot shower with great pressure. Bonus safe airport shuttle for small fee.
