We stayed in this apartment during May 2025. Positive points: - Spacious and comfortable - Well equipped - Secured with 24-hour surveillance - Parking available

Negative points: - The view is somewhat spoiled by the oil platform and the lack of maintenance around the property, which reduces the appeal of the setting - The oil platform is also noisy, especially during the night - No baby chair or baby bed, even though it was mentioned in the booking description - The deposit was requested in cash after our arrival, and we had to manage a cash withdrawal, even though the booking description stated it would be managed by the host via bank transfer - No basic toiletries provided, such as shower gel, shampoo, or toilet paper (only a few rolls were available at check-in, and we were told to buy more ourselves for the rest of the stay) Conclusion: Overall, the apartment is pleasant, but there were things to deal with that you don’t really want to manage during a holiday — especially when they are supposed to be included according to the booking description (deposit handling, baby equipment).

We absolutely love staying at this property when we visit the island. We had actually stayed in this same unit previously, and were thrilled that it was available again. Unit was spotless, spacious and totally comfortable and well equipped. Communication was great with owner, as well as the local property manager. Hoping to return again next year!
