Casa Tambla had all we needed during our stay in Ponta do Sol: perfect location, comfortable and spotless rooms, very friendly owners and staff, good breakfast served in the garden, a terrace on the top floor overlooking the harbour, library with a lot of information and maps we used for our hikes. Perfect location just next to the fishing port. Ponta do Sol is probably the best place to stay to do all the hikes of the area and enjoy your evenings. The room at the rooftop was amazing! Great staff as well

Very good location, nice spacious room and terrace. Guillaume arranged our transfers from/to ferry, early breakfast before our departure and had recommendations ready for restaurants, tours and activities, maps and books on the area and Cape Verde were available. We appreciated the care taken to conserve water and energy, reduce waste. Bonus: the best restaurant in town, Caleta is couple of minutes away.

Great location in Ponta Do Sol, 1 minute walk to marina, <5 to a couple waterfront restaurants. Good correspondence with any questions, fantastic staff, lovely breakfast. Rooms are actually good sized apartments.

We felt right away very welcome in Kasa Tambla. Guillaume and Pauleth run a smooth operation and assisted where they could. He had the top floor room, a room with a private terrace and a most incredible view over the harbour and ocean. An oasis of beauty. And an incredible staff. We will be back!

The room we had was a triple for just 2 of us so it had two bedrooms and lots of space. There is a great balcony with seats for looking at the sea view. It is close to restaurants but the town is small and easy to get around. The breakfast was very good.

Honestly, everything was great.

We stayed in the seaside view studio and the view was really fantastic, plus we could see the sunset straight from our sofa ! The studio overall was very comfortable, with all necessary amenities, very clean. Really kind staff, Guillaume (the owner) was also there and shared with us a lot of great hike suggestions! Breakfast was simple, but more than enough for us, very very tasty and home made.

The room was kind of small. The morning staff did not speak English and I needed to checkout early to catch the ferry.

They were super friendly and helpful with check-in. They made a special breakfast to accommodate my gluten allergy. They arranged a reservation for my dinner at a private restaurant in someone's home, with live music. It was a special experience. The location is great for walking to the ocean.
