United KingdomIn the dining room some of the staff had the unpleasant habit of conducting loud conversations on their mobile phones which is inconsiderate towards diners. Breakfast was only average in quality and some of the staff seemed reluctant to provide a service. The hotel has many plate glass windows which are kept very clean, but at least two people (me being one) walked straight into them and hurt themselves. The frame of the bed is like a rectangular box and I injured my leg on one of the sharp wooden corners.
Best aspect was the great view from my room over the harbour and the balcony to relax on. Good hot shower. I had one evening meal which was good. The location ten minutes from main shops and restaurants also good.

United StatesOur room was tight and not very comfortable. Things were clean but seemed old and not fully functional. The elevator was very tight for us and our suitcases and very stuffy. Good location but have to go up a steep hill the get there.

The views from the balcony were spectacular. The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

DenmarkBeds are a little hard and the breakfast room/restaurant became quite crowded for breakfast.
We stayed at this hotel twice as we visited both the island of Sao Vicente and then Santo Antao. The hotel is comfortable with a good location and view to the ocean. During the last stay we stayed in the appartment on the 4th floor as we travelled with our youngsters (even though we had booked 2 separate rooms).

NetherlandsThe breakfast, the taste and options are good but everything is always finish and they refill such small portions that it's immediately finish again. Takes long to refill so breakfast takes a lot of time. The gym doesn't really exist, its just a very small room so fully packed with some old fitness apparatus that you don't have space to use it. But there's a nice gym on walking distance for very good price.
Very friendly reception, specially Josina always made some extra effort to make us happy. Good location walking distance to everything and super clean. Swimmingpool is good to swim but not possible to tan.
