The hotel is very nice. Very good breakfast and nice view. Room is big enough. Not so far from the centre and the beach. The pool is not the one you see on the photo though

In the dining room some of the staff had the unpleasant habit of conducting loud conversations on their mobile phones which is inconsiderate towards diners. Breakfast was only average in quality and some of the staff seemed reluctant to provide a service. The hotel has many plate glass windows which are kept very clean, but at least two people (me being one) walked straight into them and hurt themselves. The frame of the bed is like a rectangular box and I injured my leg on one of the sharp wooden corners.

Best aspect was the great view from my room over the harbour and the balcony to relax on. Good hot shower. I had one evening meal which was good. The location ten minutes from main shops and restaurants also good.

Off from Mindelo center, uphill access. Breakfast choice very limited. Staff is friendly but has too many tasks on hand

Our room was tight and not very comfortable. Things were clean but seemed old and not fully functional. The elevator was very tight for us and our suitcases and very stuffy. Good location but have to go up a steep hill the get there.

Breakfast was not so good. There Were plenty of different kind of breakfast good that was missing The staff was too slow in the Morning. Just one salt and pepper was not enough. You should ha a set on each table.

Breakfast was very good. The hotel was located halfway between beach one way and the centre of town the other way. Both walkable and very convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved having supper by the pool. Food was excellent.

The fact that one of the pools as pictured in the marketing materials is out of bounds for hotel guests and is only for guests booking apartments. This was very disappointing.

The views from the balcony were spectacular. The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Beds are a little hard and the breakfast room/restaurant became quite crowded for breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel twice as we visited both the island of Sao Vicente and then Santo Antao. The hotel is comfortable with a good location and view to the ocean. During the last stay we stayed in the appartment on the 4th floor as we travelled with our youngsters (even though we had booked 2 separate rooms).

Occasionally ran out of items (homemade yogurt, brown bread) at breakfast - though the breakfasts were generally very good.

Central location in elevated position so we had great views from our balcony on the 3rd floor.

The breakfast, the taste and options are good but everything is always finish and they refill such small portions that it's immediately finish again. Takes long to refill so breakfast takes a lot of time. The gym doesn't really exist, its just a very small room so fully packed with some old fitness apparatus that you don't have space to use it. But there's a nice gym on walking distance for very good price.

Very friendly reception, specially Josina always made some extra effort to make us happy. Good location walking distance to everything and super clean. Swimmingpool is good to swim but not possible to tan.

TV froze frequently. Whilst the restaurant was nice and food was good. Felt some items were overpriced for what they were.

Worst experience ever!! First of all check in was more than 3 hours later than expected. Secondly they organised a marriage fest next tobthe rooms, convering the swimming pool. How can you host people to sleep when there is LOUD music and noise till late after midnight
