It is an amazing hotel. You are in a modern hotel in city center with a nice beach on side and The locations is great, nice decoration and above all incredible service. We were a group of 6 taking 3 rooms. The staff was always helping and taking care of us, particularly on the breakfast and on the poll bar/restaurant.

The service staff at breakfast and in the restaurant were not always friendly and especially not attentive at breakfast.

There not hot water when I took a shower but I assumed there must’ve been a problem with hot water, although the sink had hot water. I didn’t want to call the reception as I was rushing to get ready for dinner, so I took a cold shower.

Beautiful, immaculate, big and comfortable room with all the amenities that you’d expect in a four star hotel: robe and slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, shoe shine kit, lotion, shampoo, etc. I like that the hotel provided a free bottle of water in the room. The saltwater pool was amazing and so nice and relaxing as I watched the waves come ashore. Beautiful view from the pool and the outside patio space near the pool. Breeze restaurant had great food a la carte. I had the pleasure of eating there twice and the food was delicious., although a little bit expensive but well worth it.I didn’t get the change to have the free breakfast as I had a 1 AM flight. And the hotel staff are friendly and professional. The receptionist at front desk was able to let me check in earlier than 3 pm and it made me happy.

Nothing. Everything was very nice.

The hotel is relatively new. The island of Santiago is poor and so is Praia, so if you want some luxery, this is the hotel to choose. We wanted best of both worlds. We toured the island by rent a car and used the hotel and all its comforts for relaxation. The room is very spacious. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet has everything you can imagine. As Praia does not get many tourists, the hotel was nice and quiet. Some business man here and there. The hotel has a nearby beachbar aswell. We had twice dinner at the resturant in the hotel and the food was very good. Highly recommend it. European prices in the hotel.

Food is a little bit expensive.

I have been making reservations for my work colleagues for more than 5 months now and they all love it. They will continue to come here. The breakfast is super good, the pool is facing the ocean, the rooms are elegant and the bed is very comfortable. Is next to the beach and it has a very good restaurant next to the beach. Staff is very kind and ready to serve the clients in a very polite way.

There is a loud bar on the beach next to the hotel. If you get a room with a pool view, you won't hear it, but in rooms on the city side it's quite annoying.

Great personnel, very helpful and patient with all your needs. Rooms are very specious and comfortable. The only negative is that if you want to start your day late you will hear the crowd at the beach just next door especially the weekend days.

- The restaurant food was not good - Limited breakfast options if you like to eat real/regular food for breakfast. - At dinner all the food items we ordered were bad. They were not fresh, were not seasoned and just tasted bad. They just put a lot of garlic. - It was a drag to have to look for restaurants everyday to eat because you cannot eat in the hotel restaurant - We saw a large cockroach on our last night in the hallway. This can be difficult in the tropics to avoid, but they need to be very strict with their fumigation regimen.
