They should renovate the rooms. The rooms are old. Bathroom is old, old shower with a broken handle. It’s too expensive for what you get.

The location was good. Not too far away from all activities and restaurants. Nice breakfast included.

One of our two rooms was a bit musty, and hard to air out.

The people there were amazing and the property is beautiful and peaceful. Our food and drinks were delicious, and the price of everything was very affordable. We were able to see so much flora and fauna, just sitting around the pool or in the dining area. There was easy access to all the activities we wanted to do and they even helped us book tours last-minute.

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room we stayed in was perfectly adequate although the shower head needed fixing. Plenty of hot water provided. The restaurant provides the usual choice of breakfast meals - a fruit plate followed by eggs with rice and beans or eggs with toast. Lunch was good - I recommend their seafood soup. Overall a friendly place to stay with delightful staff.

I did not like that the staff asked me a copy if my debit card because its a company policy. I understand this in the case of Credit Cards because normally people see their statements at their cut but for a debit card this does not makes sense, and makes me feel insegure with theft of my bank. information

Breakfast could improve a little, the portions and gallo pinto were ok . There's a warehouse next to the restaurant which doesn't look that nice to the eye vs. the facilities that surround the area.

the food was pretty good at the restaurant, friendly personnel at the restaurant and at the front end, We came by kind of late but still got time to enjoy our time there, good time sleep and a comfortable space and warm shower, always appreciated.

The dark and dingy dining room situated right next the main road, loud music and the food was overpriced and awful. The room was not clean and bathroom very poor facilities. No water on our last morning. Very noisy around the pool area. You also are required to wear a wrist band throughout your stay!?

The steps up to some rooms are quite steep - there's a golf cart but it doesn't run all the time. The breakfasts were not that great.

The room was huge and the wildlife was amazing - we saw about 50 monkeys while sat by the pool as well as parrots and lots of lizards! The room was comfy and clean and facilities were generally really good. Staff were so friendly - one of them even taxi'd us to our next stop for a really good price. There's a bus which stops right outside the hotel every 15 minutes and takes you either yo Quepos or Manuel Antonio. It was super cheap (390 colones) and really reliable.

The location was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. The pool was perfectly placed with an incredible view. Nature was all around us - we did not need to leave the property to see monkeys, macaws, and other species of animals. Rooms were very clean

the pictures they uploaded do not belong to the room . The pictures they uploaded are soooo much nicer. When I complained about it they recognized this are not the correct pictures however the reception manager told me that this is what I paid for. Can you believe that the reception Manager named Hernan was so agressive that we almost had a fight? people may consider this is fraud as you are selling something A LOT NICER for an expensive price then you enter the room and is not the same as the pictures I travel a lot and This never happened to me, therefore I do not think this is correct . But again the hotel is nice.

The place is very nice, the infrastructure is very good. Unfortunately the pictures they uploaded do not belong to the room . The pictures they uploaded are soooo much nicer. To know more please read the negative part.

A shout out to the excellent staff. I messed up my booking and Hernán was quick to fix my error and my check in went smoothly. Both Lisi and Henry were wonderful and friendly. Lisi also helped me arrange my shuttle for the airport. You couldn’t ask for better staff. The property is well maintained and built on a hill for scenic views. The landscaping is really pretty and it has a bus stop right in front of it. It’s close to lots of restaurants and is a quick bus to the beach and back.

We had ants in both the downstairs and upstairs of our room. The key card to our door did not work and we found out the handle for the door was broken. We had no hot water in our room for showers. We had to move rooms. We had issues with the key card in the second room as well and the power went completely out on New Year's Eve for over an hour- so it was total darkness. Some of the staff seemed annoyed that we were complaining about these issues. Also, I sent an email directly to the property regarding these issues and through Booking.com and never received a reply.

The breakfast was very good each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful.

1. the breakfast is the worst we had in Costa Rica. It is not all you can eat and can only order one. this does not match with the $200 per night 2. internet is super slow 3. the room is not too clean, the washroom is small and the bed sheet is not clean
