Great location in general and close to the airport. We enjoyed the room size and the comfy beds also the option of free parking. After we left I noticed that I must have forgotten my hoodie in the room. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and was quickly assisted by Diego Quesada. He located the missing item and arranged a taxi ( extra costs obviously) to get it to the airport. Thanks again for helping out and for your quick response, Diego!

Paintings, sculptures everywhere. You are staying in an art gallery. Breakfast was good. Free coffee in the lobby. Room was clean. Beds were comfy enough.

Beautiful hotel environment

Too far from airport or downtown due to traffic

The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. It was decorated with great art, and the location was excellent—right next to several restaurants, markets, and even a cinema.

All was excellent until the staff opened the door without our consent, even though we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign up and it was still an hour before checkout. We reported the incident to the staff, but we don’t think they handled it properly—they simply told us we were free to complain here through Booking.com.

This is also an amazing art gallery. Hotel is always impeccably decorated and clean.

Staff and security

Good hotel far from city centre. Clean place Inside looks like a museum, with sculptures, painting s and all Pool small but adequate.

Hotel needs refurbishment especially the rooms. Coffee making facilities, but stupid enough without coffee and tea. Expresso machine without capsules ...selling for 1.50 USD each , and you have to go to reception to collect. The cherry on the cake is the following. We arrived at around 10 am, understandable that room was not available.. We left our luggage with the porter and left for a walk,only to return around 1.00 , as was promised that we'll have the room available ,as it was. BUT, the idiots there is the management decided to ask us for 30 USD extra to occupy the room prior of 3 pm. Is this an innovative way of doing money??? This the most mediocre attitude towards a repeat client,as I was, and short sighted one too We were very tired after a long drive to hotel , and they were aware of this...., so they should have the right opportunity to let us in even before.. We definitely will not go back.to this short sighted people. Mario and Monica from the Maltese islands

the hallways are a little dark and the hallway decor is a bit dated

There needs to b a night light in order to find the bathroom in the dark.

I discovered the Studio Hotel on Booking.com and ended up staying here for only one night as Santa Ana was my last stop before heading to the airport the next day. My biggest regret is not spending more time here! This is a beautiful hotel. It is charming. The entire hotel is like a museum. The staff were super friendly and I loved my room very much. I didn't get a chance to use the restaurant, bar or pool, but I enjoyed walking the floors and spending countless minutes admiring the amazing art pieces. I enjoyed the convenience of the onsite parking garage and felt very comfortable. Santa Ana city center is a very short walk away, with many options for food and bars. I definitely have to come back!

Beautiful hotel with true style and a great team with a rooftop bar and pool. The artwork is amazing, it's clean, and has a great team. What more could you ask for?

I liked it all. The gym could use a few more weights, but what hotel gym couldn't?

I loved the art. It’s amazing because it’s like you’re in an art museum. There’s also a cool, giant tree with seating under it in the front. The breakfast was very good. It was nice to have the taxi from the airport.

We were not as sleepy as usual because it was the start of our trip and we were excited, but the beeping from people going in and out of there room made it hard to sleep. When the keys are used to enter, it makes two beeps and seemed very loud.

Someone came into our room and left a pair of pants. We have asked front desk to check camaras but did not care doing it. We ask if we could check out 3 pm as a way of "apologies" but they did not accept that neither.
