Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe prices are higher than other places in the area. But it is worth it.
The facilities are clean, well maintained and it is a great place to stay. Our unit was located close to the clubhouse and everything was within walking distance in the resort. We also enjoyed the gardens and privacy. The resort also has different restaurants options and guided tours around the area.

PanamaPrices of food were overcharged. You supposedly get 15% for being client but they charge you IVA and service when it was already included in price in menu. So those were charged twice. Got cheaper ptices at Marriott without discount.

United KingdomThe property is in a gated community which feels a bit oppressive to me, but of course it felt very safe. The air con and fans were constantly on, it didn’t feel like there was any consideration for the environment
Very nice and spacious apartment with all equipment we needed. Lovely balcony overlooking the 16th tee, with sea view in the distance. Access to the beach club with pool and swim up bar. washing machine very useful as all hotels we stayed in CR didn’t have the facilities. Great beach bars and restaurants outside the complex within 10-15 min walk
