Location on the beach and close to center, staff was really nice and helpful. Quirqui design and decor of the place. The other guests were all very friendly and pleasant.

They've got showers, a bar fairly close to the beach, they play karaoke and colloquial songs... and its a place to crash. Cheap.

Contracting some upper respiratory infection from the tent I stayed in.

Dirty ! Small rooms ! 4 showers and 5 toilets for loads, loads, loads of people ! This place is huge !

Staff was not welcoming, the double private room was a prison cell, 5m2 with a very dangerous bed above. Furthermore the room was on the worst side for the warm and just under the roof, at least 40 degrees in the room

The property was cute and in a perfect location. I felt safe walking everywhere as a solo female traveler :)

I like that this time there were activities all nights. Open mic and fire shows.

The observatorio room was pricy as it didn't include private bathroom nor A.C. I've been in better places for less money.

An atypical but very nice place. It is super well located, not totally in the centre but 10min walk and it's ok, otherwise there is a bus stop right in front. There is a parking. The staff is really very nice. I slept in the girl's dormitory it's not very big but quite well arranged, on the other hand the wifi does not work well in the dormitory. Otherwise the wifi works well everywhere. There are several activities within the hostel, an ambiance bar and the beach just opposite. There is a fountain at the entrance to drink drinking water

The location !! ✅️ right on the beach. Close to town. I decided on a hammock as my bed and the first night I was a bit uncomfortable and also loud music 🎶 but after that, it was perfect. I could hear the sea and it was cool Water on tap The kitchen had all the equipment - it could do with upgrading but ok to get by The water pressure in the showers amazing. Also clean and spacious Most of the staff were friendly. Nice and quiet most of the time. Beautiful setting loads of mosaics. Music great most of The time. Beers only 1500 colones.

The room floor and working space was dirty when I moved in. They should clean up after each exit. I managed to get a rag, and the broom was always available to clean up. So, it's not serious. They need mats off the beach and into the rooms to clean beach sand, but there is a tap outside to wash feet. One fridge was broken, so we had to cram our food into one fridge, but again, it's not that bad. We made it work.

The mattress in the tent was comfortable and it's amazing to be so close to a beautiful place at the ocean.

It was a bit loud at night because of the bar and the lady at the reception wasn't super welcoming.

I didn't stay here and there was nobody to check in because they had to take a lunch break so I left before even checking in but the property refused to give me a refund which was bad.

It has a lovely vibe and amazing mosaic artwork on almost every surface. Perfect location. The reception staff very helpful and friendly.

The kitchen is too small and could be cleaner. Another kitchen area would be useful.

Inattentive staff. No atmosphere. Tent city. For someone that’s looking for use of comfortable private bedroom and a comfy common area to hang out and to meet people, this is it the place to be.
