Nice place on a very quiet and safe street. Several sodas very nearby. Maybe a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. Very well stocked communal kitchen. A very friendly and happy Man checked us in. Jaco isn’t our favorite beach town but the next time we’re in the area we would use this hotel again for sure.

Pool was very warm from the heat, maybe a sail to block out some heat might of helped, if possible.

If coming by local TQP bus there is a stop is maybe 250m, very close by. Bed super comfortably. Good share kitchen. Safe, fridge, coffee maker and AC. Location is in a good neighbourhood of Jaco, close to a few nice bar / restaurants on the beach. Wifi was good. Safe, secure and quiet, away from the main road noise.

Great location just a short walk to the beach. Had great surfboards to rent at a fair price. Owner and staff was very friendly and always around to help. Room was basic but bed was comfy and AC worked great.

If you stay close to the entrance gate, it might get noisy when people returning in the evening (also as some guests don´t care :-( )

The property gets maximum out of it´s small size, including the pool and sunbeds, the shared kitchen is nice plus. We also liked family atmosphere and felt save there.

The only negative was grey grunge on the bathroom light switch. Difficult to scrape off.

Hot water in the shower and bathroom sink! Compared with other budget Costa Rican accommodations this one has all the desired features, too many to list.

Hotel is calm, rooms are clean and perfect water in swimming pool with nice surfing vibe . Owners also really helpful, managed for me trip to Isla Tortuga ! It was amazing and also possible to book surfing lessons 🏄‍♂️

Actually there was nothing to not like. Just a tip for international guests, please check ur Whatsapp messages right after booking. Whatsapp is the way to communicate with the owner so you can have a smooth check in. I did not know that so it took me long to wait for the check in help.

I absolutely loved the pool area. I could dip in ANYTIME. The hotel staff and owner are very kind. The room had all kinds of sockets to charge my phone. It even had a USB socket. There was a common kitchen as well with all appliances.

The room is on the ground floor and because it’s close to the beach, the room smells a bit damp if you turn of the AC

We saw a cockroach in the room.

We stayed just one night and didn’t notice any major problems with the accommodation. It is nicely located, staff were friendly, kitchen and dining areas were well equipped, the place was clean, AC in the room.

The place is very compact, so you live "on top of" other guests. When someone decides to have a small party, you can't get away from it... And everything was a bit "worn down". But hey, it's not a five star location so...

Better than expected for the price. Nice pool and a large, well equippend kitchen. Quiet area. Staff was super nice, though spoke no english, except the owner who dropped by occasionally. Walking distance to the beach and shopping area.
