Shower was a little cold.

Location was lovely, with lots of vegetation surrounding the property (Macaws!). Room was well-appointed. Hosts were friendly and attentive.

It was just too much traffic noise. It's on a quiet road, but don't be deceived because there is a main road on the other side with noisy motorcycles. It did quieten at about 11pm till 6am. No hairdryer AC broken . They did try to fix it but it was never fixed.

Loved the breakfast every morning. Location is close to restaurants. Comfortable beds, huge shower with lots of hot water. Saw lots of animals from our balcony.

Wifi was fine in the kitchen area but a bit sketchy in the other rooms/balcony.

Dropped off very close to the hotel by the kind bus driver of the Tracopa bus from San Jose. Lovely apartment just off the main road. Walking distance to all the places in town and to get to Manuel Antonio/Quepos you can just take the bus from the bus stop near the top of the road. Good a/c! Superb balcony on our apartment (the one above the office) where scarlet macaws fly past during breakfast and you can hear howler monkeys in the trees nearby. Free MA tour offered. Nice kitchen area although we didn’t really use it. Great Costa Rican breakfast. Go to El Avion in town (was about 15 mins walk) for the best cocktails and view and to ECOTICA for coffee - plus there's a super Indian restaurant down the road from the hotel that the Dutch guy who checked us in recommended.

Very clean , and a really nice looking hotel. The staff helped me with every thing I needed and the location is just a few minutes walk from the bus to Manuel Antonio National Park. A very well maintained place and garden.

WiFi, tv no service to watch even local channels the safe because it didn’t have key

Paola was great every morning making us breakfast, she was very attentive and friendly. The stay is located in a rural area but it wasn’t bad. There’s parking for 1 or 2 cars, so be prepare to park outside. There’s a tv in the room but every time we tried to watch YouTube (the only option since there’s not tv service) the screen went back to the Home Screen after 15 min or so.( no I did not report it) last there is a safe w no key I did reach out they said there was a black key that was w our room key but no true we asked another guest and they said they’ll owner told them they never got the keys or code for the safe when they bough the place. Overall the place is comfortable, near MA, supermarket and yes if your lucky enough you will see wild life in the surrounding areas.

Everything was amazing, this place is a hidden gem. All details about this place are thought through. The first thing the owner did was giving an amazing recommendation for dinner :) I watched white faced monkeys from the terrace in the morning, and I was greeted by a racoon on the stairs in the evening.

Well apparently there was a change of administration and after the day we arrived there was no one in the reception area so it was a but confusing

I had a problem with the key to lock the safe, but that could of been me.

Great location, bus stop is close for Quepos & MA. Having your own kitchen was great. Huge comfortable bed. Plenty of charging and power points, good outdoor space. Wifi was good. Good shower. Property safe and secure.

Wonderful team of staff always available with good ideas. Loved the wild life and birds that visited the garden. Enjoyed being able to prepare meals.

It is on a narrow street and has a very small parking area that has to stack cars 2 deep. Had to move our car when we parked behind a guest who wanted to leave. Other than that it met our needs and budget, and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very comfortable. Loved the bed and pillows. The shower was large and roomy. Had a little kitchenette with a breakfast bar to eat at. There is a grocery about a block away.

Need to be aware that there are steep steps down to the rooms (and up again if on first floor). Manuel Antonio is a hilly area but taxis and Ubers are cheap and easy to access.

The staff team were friendly and welcoming. Gave lots of suggestions for places to visit and eat. Great location. Spacious air conditioned room with ceiling fan. Huge shower. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy large bed. Set amongst the trees.

The owner and team were so helpful on my visit. If you have mobility issues, the stairs up and down to your accommodations could be an issue. The shower curtains need to be replaced. I didn’t see any creatures at the accommodations. They cleaned my room daily.

Modest appearance from the outside but beyond the front gate you will then realise what a hidden gem the place is. We loved the apartment and how much attention has been given to the little things. Very friendly team. Pura Vida!

Perfect location just a couple of minutes away from a supermarket, different restaurants and sodas as well as the bus stop. The whole property is super clean and peaceful. Staff is extremely helpful and really makes you feel like at home. Would definitely recommend it!
