It’s very close to the beach. And it has fantastic security on the property. The pools and property were immaculate.

The apartment needs a deep clean. It appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. It wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t really clean, either. The towels smelled musty and the bedding was old. The apartment needs updating.

Super location if you visit Jaco

Wonderful property, very clean and well decorated- very homely. Great facilities, balcony overlooking beach, wonderful pool. Host great communication, useful info sent in advance, everything excellent. Just what we had hoped for. Plus whole area very safe and great restaurants.

Spend a little $ for a decent bed

My stay was short, but I will be back as soon as possible, to enjoy this wonderful spot!! The condo is beautiful, and in the perfect location. The ocean is so close that you can hear the waves. Steps from the pool as well, with a fantastic bar/restaurant as well. Ron is a marvelous host who is accommodating and provides lots of great information about Playa Jaco. The resort is very safe, well maintained, and felt like home to me!!

It was a cute condo and complex in a perfect location directly on the beach and one step to the pool which was beautiful and warm. We met another couple who had lived there since it was built. Very pleasant experience. Will definitely choose to come back to this property!

We had a slight communication issue with security, but to be expected when we don’t speak the language.

Great location, quiet end of Jaco.

Lots of buildings going up around you making a racket. No fault of the owner, just progress for you. Went lovely and quiet in the evening.

Location is excellent. Pools warm. Staff were good with non Spanish speakers. The owner was excellent to deal with for arranging payments. Owner is great.

Beds were not comfortable. Hairs on the sheets was disturbing. Floor sticky which Canadians will notice, when taking off shoes. Furniture tired. Two windows could not be locked (or even shut) due to missing broken latches. Luckily there's Security as you're on the ground floor. Could be loud with the window not closing when large Latino families camp beside it with music loud.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bahia Encantada. Ron was an excellent host. The condo was in excellent shape and Ron went above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect. The one key item he provided was a list of activities and restaurants which I found very helpful. The condo was located 1.5km or so from the main Jaco area so a car/taxis was very helpful to have during the trip. I liked the fact that it was slightly outside the main town as it was quieter. The pool setup and location within the condo could not have been any better either! I highly recommend staying at Ron's condo in Bahia Encantada. One thing to note, the payment for the stay is outside of the Bookings platform via Zelle or Paypal, but this is just fine and everything works out, so don't be worried about that. Enjoy your stay!

The location was awesome, it has a nice pool and the condo was super clean. The owner is friendly and ready to help you with anything.

Everything was so good. If I have to think in something I did not like maybe just the internet connection, it is not that good. But is enough to check social networks.

Ron's condo is Awesome! We really wished we stayed here two nights instead of one. It is on the beach with the most beautiful views of the Pacific, which was majestic during the storm we experienced when we were there. Thankfully the sun came out the next day so we got to enjoy the extensive, clean, and warm pools right next to the condo, as well as the fantastic beach you are on! The complex is very secure and the staff was great. We loved being able to run out to the beach & pool with the condo right there. Very safe & lovely. It is a short walk to town, but we didn't realize this and drove the short jaunt to Panaderia Artesenal. You must go here for breakfast or lunch!! Fabulous. Ron also provided a whole book with recommendations. The condo is spotless and very comfortable with lovely attention to detail. We ordered take-out from Sushi At Home which was great. We were left a bag of coffee we made in the morning which was a nice touch! Will absolutely recommend to friends & family and hope to return. Pura Vida!

The only thing that could have been better was the 2nd shower as it just was not hot. It was no bother as the kids used it and were fine for one night. We did let Ron know.

window in washing machine room and second bathroom didn’t close all the way, condo wasn’t ready to check in when I arrived.debris(wood) all along the beach.
