Family place, good staff

In rooms there is no air intakes has to open door to the bathroom where is only one window opens.

The pool area was very nice and clean. The property was also very close to about all of the attractions in Jaco.

They need to provide at least 1 wash cloth and 2 towels per guest. The refrigerator was unplugged, they do not have or offer any ice! (In a country that is very hot 😡)!!! Breakfast was good. The guy at the desk spoke very little English. Parking was crazy, the lot was gated off (no access). Motorcycles revving by until early morning. Loud hotel, but good for the money. We only stayed 1 night, due to a 4x4 trip the next day.

Worst breakfast on our entire trip. pool clean, dark and dated.

Our stay was brief but the "historic" stone construction of the hotel was quite charming. The grounds were beautiful and pools very nice. The location was just off the main business street making for easy walks to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping areas. The room included a pre-ordered breakfast which was fine. The room rates were very reasonable. We met several friendly people around town.

There is minimal parking in front of the hotel but a large locked gate parking area just down the road which seemed secure. Our room had a step down in the floor just past the end of the bed which may be an issue for some people, especially at night.

Pools were nice and clean. Location was good within beach and shops/restaurants walking distance. Host/ hotel manager were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and it was selected day before.

We were put in the corner unit near the road and could see people walking by. Had to keep curtains closed at all times for privacy. Room was poorly lit, had weird long and narrow kitchen hallway area and then split level foot tall step up where full bed and small closet rack shelf were crammed in. I’ve almost fell down that oversized step down from bed area into kitchen area. Inside of the room was built from black round rocks held by stucco. AC was not running in the room when we checked in and smelled damp, musty and like sewer. Smell didn’t go away and it was hard to stay the room for two nights. Hot tub was not heated and was same cold temperature as pool.

Very close to beach restaurants . Our room was fine either way a little kitchen .

We stayed here for 2 nights as a base for day trips from Jaco - it did the job for us and was good value and decent location. The staff were very helpful and secure parking is located a few metres from the hotel

It was quite dated, and there were lots of sofas and chairs in our bedroom for some reason. The bathroom was ridiculously warm!

Breakfast was included and delicious. The staff was very friendly. Great location, walkable to beach and shops. They let us check in early too. They have multiple swimming pools of varying depths that were nice too.

Bathroom was showing a bit of wear but still clean. Lots of mosquitos but that's to be expected. Limited space for breakfast so a reservation was needed.

The bed is amazing, definitely one of the best beds in Costa Rica. The jacuzzi is small but good enough. Very good customer service

Soo many families, but that's not the hotel fault. The breakfast could also be better. The outdoors bathroom close to the pool should be clean mote often.

Very beautiful and taken care off property ,in the center of Jaco but felt you were outside the busy life, very friendly staff , good basic breakfast , big basic rooms and liked the little patio to sit in the evening

Could use some remodeling but you got everything you need .

The walls are thin and the guests were loud, very early in the morning.
