The staff missed cleaning our room one morning. There are also no coolers or offsite food allowed at the pool

We could see the beach directly from our room and it was beautiful. The onsite restaurant (also where breakfast is served) is very good. There is also surf lessons right on the beach next door which was very convinient.

The room was comfortable but a bit dated and in need of repairs. Nothing major and it was only my room which had some small issues.

The beach was amazing, fine sand, small waves perfect for beginner surfers and swimming. The facilities were well maintained and close to the beach that you could easily leave and go for a swim in the water. It is further away from the main area with the restaurants and shops but you can easily take a $2 uber or walk the beach.

Access to the beach is incredible. However, far from the main attractions, shops and restaurants in Jaco. A good 30min walk on a road with high speeding traffic. I was really disappointed ; the room was dirty: 2 of my four towels were clearly used for cleaning surface (dirt and smell), the light switches were to dirty and discussing that I had to clean them, because I did not know what was there before (especially in the bathroom). The wall plug-in were sticking out of the wall when unplugging things. There were drips on the wall I did not know (looked like coffee or some juice), and the sink plumbing was not well maintained as well. The shower knobs were almost falling apart. At least, sheets were clean and the bed was confortable. The balcony and the view know the beach and sunset were great. I still feel like for almost 350$ CAN a night, the room would be in better shape. Sraff was friendly and helpful.

We arrived at 6;30 pm on a Saturday and was told the restaurant closes at 8:30 pm. We went down for dinner at 7 pm and the restaurant was closed. Fortunately there was a brewpub 2 blocks away that was an easy walk.

We stayed one night, as we transitioned from SJO to Uvita the following morning. The location was perfect, right on the beach. it was clean and comfortable and the breakfast/coffee was perfect. The location directly on the beach allowed us to start our first full day in Costa Rica with a lovely walk and dip into the ocean.

Staff was excellent. Rooms are a little run down, but over all comfortable. Facilities otherwise are really nice, the pool is beautiful and perfect, safe location. Free breakfast was great.

Food isn’t that good and many items on the menu were not available. Only one choice for included breakfast and it wasn’t very good. No hot water in the tub in my suite. Sliding door would not lock.

The front desk was open very limited hours. Our room was only cleaned once during our 5-night stay, and even then I had to ask for it to be done. There were very weird and restrictive rules - no food or water bottles allowed in public areas, no alcohol permitted anywhere on the property unless you bought it from them at very inflated prices.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, with lovely sunset views. Beach was nice, though there were no free beach chairs provided by the hotel. Pool was nice and there were plenty of chairs there. Pool towels provided but no beach towels. Full breakfast was included. Nice rocking chairs outside the rooms to sit on and enjoy the ocean views. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was always open.

Should be updated as even the mirrors are worn out, the safe didn’t work, there was only one night lamp and there was an issue with the plugs.

The staff was very helpful, it has a swimming pool and direct beach access.

The restaurant was a little pricey and the food was fair. Had a great time at this location

The location was great. Staff was nice, Angie at the desk was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The food at the restaurant was pricey and not that good. Mattresses were too soft.

Great location. Beautiful hotel with beachfront access. Big pool and an additional kids pool. Big parking lot. Angie in the reception was very kind and helpful.
