Beautiful setting with stunning views. Staff are all amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Room was very comfortable and clean. Pool is fantastic and I loved seeing all the spectacular wildlife while swimming in the pool. Free shuttle bus to town works well and loved the beach club you have free access to use there.

We had a knock at the door for service after 5 pm . At the same time0 some commotion with doors slamming repeatedly the last night we were there. Little scary. No refrigerator for our use. Expensive items instead. Towels were short each time and no floor mat after the 1st day.

The bed is advertised as a king, but this is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and found that it’s actually two double beds pushed together. Unfortunately, this creates an uncomfortable gap in the middle.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, markets, and great restaurants. The pool offers stunning views, and the staff was always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed.

I wanted to get a load of laundry done. They charged me $250, I have never been soo taken advantage of. When I raised my concerns, because Iwasn't warned before hand, they offered 30% off. The resources to washed the clothes did not even come close to what they charged. I felt exploited.

The location looks just like the pictures absolutely beautiful. I loved the views and the pool was the perfect temperature.

The breakfast was very poor. For the first time, I had a breakfast with no cheese or chocolate to mix with milk.

The whole hotel is stunning. The rooms and swimming pool have breathtaking views. Although they couldn't accommodate a late check-out, they kindly allowed me to use the spa shower before departing.

The only thing I was unhappy with was the lady who booked taxis was at lunch when we needed a cab. There was no one else who could order a cab during her lunch.

The property was beautiful! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The shuttle into town was very pleasant and convenient.

The location was not ideal. It made it near impossible to walk into town even though it wasn't that far away. They had a shuttle service, which runs once about every hour. But I would say this is unreliable getting back to the hotel. We waited at the Langosta Beach Club waiting for the last shuttle (the beach club closed an hour before) and we got there 15 minutes early and waited another 20 minutes after it was supposed to be there before we gave up and took an Uber back.

There were pros and cons to being up on a hillside. The view was really great especially from the pool. The room itself was a standard room and clean. The access to the Langosta Beach Club was an added bonus. At the beach club, you have access to a pool on the beach as well as a bar and restaurant. There are very few lounge chairs, but it was a great way to cool off.

Property feels a bit “middle of nowhere”, drive to the hotel was on small roads that were a bit tough to navigate. Breakfast was a little underwhelming - not too many options. We did not venture out of the hotel so cannot comment on anything else.

Very large, clean, modern reception area - staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Rooms were gorgeous - high ceilings and large bathroom/mirrors - perfect for girls’ getaway. Infinity pool was clean and large, not too busy during our stay.

While the housekeeping seems to be doing a good job, the linen, duvet, pillows and curtains could def do with a deep clean - especially the pillows - are well overdue to be replaced. Breakfast buffet was only average compared to other hotels on Costa Rica. While this was the .ost expensive hotel stay during my time in Costa Rica, it was for sure not the best (/cleanest) hotel

Absolutelyyyy loved it here, stunning. Stunning sea view room, stunning view of the sea and gardens from the pool. Very friendly and helpful staff, great on-site shop. Tasty breakfast with music in the morning which gives everything a nice vibe. Nice live music on some of the evenings. Great shuttle service that’s included in the hotel package! It takes you to Tamarindo town and the local beach which is sooo convenient!

Rooms: The rooms were spacious but could use a little TLC to bring them up to the same level as the rest of the property, they also were not the cleanest (stains on the bed sheets, squished bugs on the floor). We are a younger couple travelling on a budget so for us they honestly weren't that bad considering the price point of the hotel, its just because the rest of the property is so nice it made it stand out a little more.

Facilities: The facilities at this property are amazing, the infinity pool with swim up bar, the restaurant and the view were all top notch. Staff: The staff was amazing, such great energy and always really helpful, they made us feel like we were VIPs. Breakfast: Breakfast was great, lots of options and different each day Shuttle Service: The shuttle service to town and the beach club was easy to use and always right on schedule. Location: The location for us was perfect, Tamarindo was a little busier than other places we visited in Costa Rica so we really appreciated being further back from downtown and up on the hill, no noise from traffic or anything so it was quite peaceful. The view from up on the hill is also unmatched and perfect for watching the sunset. There was a bit of construction next door however to be honest there was a lot of construction everywhere we went in Costa Rica as it was the start of the off season so it wasn't unique to this one location. Langosta Beach Club: This was an amazing perk for us! As I mentioned we were staying in a much quieter beach town in Costa Rica prior to coming to Tamarindo so we loved the beach club access that was included with our stay. The beach club provided a private area with a pool & some loungers, and some sitting area on the beach. We walked the main beach in the morning and were glad we came to the beach club instead. Way less vendors, more relaxing and you are still right on the beach but also with some facilities we found made our beach day more enjoyable (bar/restaurant, loungers in the shade, beachside infinity pool, loungers, tables & chairs on the beach). There was also a desk where it looked like you could rent paddle board etc. we didn't do this but if we were there for longer we definitely would have!

Only thing which can be improved is in room few amenities which can be added. Like first day of our stay and washrooms did not have body wash. There was no steam iron . Day 2- there was no wash cloth and when asked they mentioned they ran out of it. Wyndham properties are known for excellence but I am assuming it is new property hence few gaps.

The staff, location ,pool, restaurant and very welcoming . The access to Lacoste beach club made it easy to access private beach, gym and other activities
