Had not enough time here to "explore" this big hotel :-)

Good transportservice to and from the international airport (free and every hour sarting from 4 am). Good parking that is protected. Kitchen was open till late at night?

Very long walks to get to the room using the front desk clerk instructions. We later found we could have gone right up the stairs by the restaurant and been at the room.

Beautiful location. Fairly quiet even with lots of soccer teams there for the weekend.

The bathroom left some to be desired. The shower water pressure was way too strong. And the floor of the tub looked like it was under repairs.

The weakest point are the room's bathrooms - Old showers with uneven spray or potency, toilets that sound randomly during the night.

Staff is always magnific, as is the restaurant and it's food. The menu has improved a lot. Prices are reasonable. Jacuzzi is clearly the winning highlight of the trip.

Lot of money and these are our complains comparing to the money we paid; Cheap that if you book a room like that you get 2 coffecups and one of them is decaf. And that they give you a bottle of water with a sign you have to pay one dollar per bottle for it . The breakfast is soso. No fresh bread and simple.

Good location for airport and great pool for a city hotel. Rooms felt quite basic but beds were comfortable. Seemed overpriced.

First room they put us in smelled strongly of mildew. Requested different room. They placed us in a better room after we asked. It was fine but for the price the furniture shows signs of wear. There was a lot of water on floor in morning, maybe leaking ac unit.

Not much to go around, but it is expected as hotel is airport hotel. Transfer only once per hour. We haven't received cookies on arrival 😒

Good location to stay just after flight or before flight. Grounds and swimming pool well kept, giving jungle vibe. Great breakfast. Beds very comfy, had a good sleep.

The double beds were small and the check in staff were not friendly at all but the cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very welcoming, very very overly expensive shop on site

When it rains, the inside of the hotel gets quite a bit of water coming in and the inside walkways and stairs collect the water making it somewhat dangerous. Unfortunately a tall building is being built next door and it blocks the view and the noise of construction in the pool and buffet area is considerable.

Beautiful vegetation inside and out. Excellent Thanksgiving buffet and breakfast buffet. Nice pool and jacuzzi area. Nicely maintained hotel.

Great location near the airport if you are travelling to/from San Jose. The room was spacious, with two comfortable beds. The pool was unfortunately too cold, but the jacuzzi was very nice. The staff was really nice, both at the restaurant and at the bar. A nice hotel to ease travelling in from abroad before exploring Costa Rica.

We arrived late from a flight and our room on the lower floor was incredible musty. We asked to change for our second night and we’re moved without problem. The road near is very noisy at night. The hotel is fine for a short stop over.

The rooms are a great size and the pool and hot tub great. We enjoyed a night here recovering from our flight.

The breakfast was too busy. The was a long que for the egg station. Need more staff, only one, making the eggs and omelets.

The location and parking facilities. The pool and the atmosphere in the hotel. Perfect to stay when arriving to San Jose. This was our place to rest after a long trip from Sweden. It is already a good feeling of jungle near the airport.
