Good transportservice to and from the international airport (free and every hour sarting from 4 am). Good parking that is protected. Kitchen was open till late at night?

Had not enough time here to "explore" this big hotel :-)

Big room - big comfy beds, clean, nice bar/restaurant with free pool table.

Pool was a bit cold and swim up not staffed for any of the 3 days we were there

At the beginning of the holiday we stayed and I have posted an excellent review- sadly this time was very different. The hotel was overbooked and too full- we were asked to have different rooms and there were people everywhere. There were conferences and football teams staying whose behaviour interfered with other guests enjoyment- such as clipping toenails on the stairs and having massages with doors open visible from the pool. The other problem was the poor communication between the front of house staff and restaurant/bar staff. The breakfast boxes for takeaway were poor.

Beautiful location. Fairly quiet even with lots of soccer teams there for the weekend.

Very long walks to get to the room using the front desk clerk instructions. We later found we could have gone right up the stairs by the restaurant and been at the room.

Sour coffee that almost tasted spoiled You could tell the bedrooms were quite dated with some parts falling apart (drawers, faucet, shower curtain), the shower temperature was hard to control (it kept fluctuating making the whole experience quite uncomfortable

Location is okay

It was so loud with over 50 teenagers in the pool and over 15 kids in the jacuzzi. My family was not comfortable using the facilities with the overcrowding

Everything, stay here 10/10. Hotel is clean, staff is helpful and friendly, food is excellent and has many facilities.

I love staying here! Very convenient and close to the airport. Friendly staff. Beautiful lobby, pool area and dining room.

The bathroom left some to be desired. The shower water pressure was way too strong. And the floor of the tub looked like it was under repairs.

Staff is always magnific, as is the restaurant and it's food. The menu has improved a lot. Prices are reasonable. Jacuzzi is clearly the winning highlight of the trip.

The weakest point are the room's bathrooms - Old showers with uneven spray or potency, toilets that sound randomly during the night.

The location was good for what I needed, quiet hotel, decent food.

Strong smell of wood/humidity in the room. Old style rooms.

Good save parking lots. Nice people who work there. Room is clean.

Lot of money and these are our complains comparing to the money we paid; Cheap that if you book a room like that you get 2 coffecups and one of them is decaf. And that they give you a bottle of water with a sign you have to pay one dollar per bottle for it . The breakfast is soso. No fresh bread and simple.

Same owner built a nasty looking high rise hotel directly in front and cut down some beautiful trees and destroyed a beautiful green area.The view and ambiance has changed for the worst.
