Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Great staff, good,clean,comfortable room. Breakfast not included but free bottomless coffee available. Concierge, (they call Bon Voy,) were so helpful. They helped us many times on this and previous trips...this is our 3rd stay here, free airport shuttle.....highly recommended!!

We found the staff very helpful, especially the gentleman on reception (the bon voy man) in helping Neal contact customer service at the airport. We have some return trip which we look forward to. Also, the gentleman in the dining area was very helpful, guiding us to get a sim card.

I stayed at this location so I could catch an early flight the next day. I was delighted by the property . . . from the very welcoming staff to the great food in the restaurant, it made the transitional evening very easy. The airport shuttle was great as well so I didn't need to arrange for extra transport in the morning.

The staff did help me call the restaurant but seemed a bit annoyed that I was asking for help. The telephone in the room did not allow us to make calls out of the hotel, so I had not choice but to ask reception for help
This was a perfect location for our early morning flight. The hotel helped us set up our airport transfer since we needed to leave before the complimentary shuttled started running at 4am
