We stayed in rainy season and the power went out for a few hours. It would have been helpful to have instructions where candles/flashlights were stored in the rooms.

Very clean, bed extremely comfortable and big, heat in the shower, good layout. balcony at back private, spacious and great for spotting wildlife. Fans or a/c( a/c never needed ) so always a good nights sleep. Grounds well kept , location good for us personally. Friendly staff

The room we had was quite spacious. The kitchen would have been useful during a longer stay as it is equipped well and has a full size refrigerator. The bed was large although the sheets are coarse and the bed on the hard side. The Villas is a bit of a misnomer since the setup is more motel like and communal which will work for many travelers. Also, this is part of the neighborhood - which stays awake and active/loud on the weekend until about 10PM.

The Condominium Villas Mymosa was booked as a transitional stop for us. One night before heading up to Nosara. This is a decent place for families looking to access Manuel Antonio park. It's not as modern as the pictures make out, and to be fair was undergoing some renovation on the pool area and walkways while we were there. The included breakfast was great and the staff warm and inviting. Lovely people with dogs and children in residence. Kudos to kitchen staff!

It is not in a location that you can walk anywhere.

The woman working at the desk was wonderful. When we were having trouble with it, she helped us get tickets to the national park. The patios outside of each unit are really great.

The staff (and especially the manager) was amazing. Saw wildlife from the hotel (binoculars helped). The pool was a great feature and my kids loved it. Very close to the bus stops to the national park and quepos. The apartment was large enough, and there was pleasant outdoor seating and a hammock.

We initially got a room without WiFi and some of the lights were out. After some negotiations, the owner agreed to move us to another room. However, we discovered that this room was also without WiFi and power. Despite our complaints, the owner insisted that there were no other available rooms, even though we could see only 20% occupancy. We were left with no choice but to cancel our reservation if no changes could be made. Eventually, the owner relented and agreed to move us to another room. This argument took us an hour on a rainy day, and we ended up getting all wet while moving our heavy luggage around. The final room we received was old and infested with ants. Half of the appliances were either not working or making excessive noise. The WiFi signal was so weak and sporadic, so it’s basically not usable. The only working power outlet in the kitchen, so we had to rotate to charge our devices. No shampoo was provided.

The old man who speaks English was extremely helpful. We got a flat tire, and he helped us out with the fix. He was also very helpful to give us some tips for visiting the national park and helped light the fire on the gas stove. We see some wild animals in the hotel. Room is large

Curtains were not very opaque, which can be bothering for light sensitive sleepers.

We got our villa upgraded for free. We were also allowed to enter earlier than the checking. The staff was super nice and helpful. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was great with five different choices. We saw macaws, monkeys and tucans at the property. There is a bus stop in front to get to Quepos or Manuel Antonio for less than $1. Kitchen was properly equiped. The room had AC and several fans. King size bed with very comfortable mattress.

We loved the lay-out of this hotel. As a family with young children we could enjoy breakfast while watching the kids play in the pool. The villa's were sparkling clean, cool and very big. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel for a family visiting the area.

It is quite old and needs some good refurbishment. The toilet is not flushing properly, the only table jn the room has a piece of glass on it that you might cut yourselves in, the beds are quite uncomfortable. Next to the villa there is another hotel that plays loud music and you might get some noise from their pool as well. Currently, they are doing some works on the property and one day we had workers in our private balcony without any notice. It totally lacks privacy.
