The location is like 5 min walk to beach

Smelt like mold, beds were hard as a rock, water didn’t stay hot for more then 2 minutes, they did not clean the rooms, the driveway was incredibly steep, the deck was super slippery, the power went out, pool wasn’t very clean and the sheets were stained.

It’s close to the park entrance.

This is a live review. We are in the room. The bed has a huge stain on it. We have tried reaching out to booking - no one has replied. We have tried the hotel number - not on WhatsApp and there is no phone in the room. We went to the reception - there is no one there. As we were waiting for a little bit for them to answer - it’s been 1 hour. A HUGE COCKCROACH WAS CLIMBING MY FOOT. We are now trying to find another hotel in the middle of the night and getting a refund. This has been a terrible experience so far. We hope we can get compensation. I will feedback here how the situation has progressed.

Great location, room with a view over the ocean. Wildlife right outside the room including Howler Monkeys.

The toilet needs a new flush mechanism. No attention to detail in the room to make it more welcoming like decor. Hotel refurbishment taking place at the same time.

The area was nice. The wildlife was great to see . We even heard howler monkeys one morning

The only thing we didn’t like was the walk from parking lot to the room . The incline was a muscle workout

The property is close to the beach maybe less than 10 minutes. It’s also well kept and clean.

The TV didn’t have any channels working but it’s not a big deal since I spent most of time exploring and enjoying the city.

The location is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach, 3 - 5 minutes walk to any number of restaurants and markets, and maybe a 10 minute walk to the national park. Location was Excellent! The howler monkeys spent the evening in the trees right next to the hotel, which was very fun for us to watch from the swimming pool.

I would have liked a blanket on the bed.

Not a bad little place to visit. A 5 minute walk to the beach.

It's on a busy, and sometimes noisy, main road. But almost all of them are.

Close to Manuel Antonio National Park and the beach. The room was great and had a nice small fridge with separate freezer. Christian was helpful to get the National Park tickets.

Hotel looks abandoned on the hill. NOT handicapped friendly. They turn off most of the lights at night. There is no coffee maker in room and they would not accommodate. Room was definitely over priced.

The location and overall accomodation was good. We were comfortable and could gather on the balcony. The location was close to the park and they accomodated our needs.

The kitchen was not was well equipped as it should be the staff tried to accomodate our requests. The second pool should have been shown to us.

Location location perfect nust cross the sgteet and you are on the beach. Walk 200m tothe left all restaurants and supsrmercatos are there, as well as Antonio Manuel park. The upper hotel with pool in the shade is better one

Bad smell from the vent in tbe bathroom a d bugs crawling out of that vent into interior of room. I didn't like fossets for the shower., they are counter intuitive, wasting a lot of water until you get it right temperature, a luck warm water. It is crossconta.ination when they use the same broom and cloath to clean bathroom and then swipe all the bathroom dirt into a room and drag it acroos the room out on balcony. That is just spreading bathrooms dirt all over the room, that is cross contamination that is how cleaning should not be done. When changing pillows the chamber girl is puting that pillow with clean casing on the dirty room table, she should change pillow casing on the bed with clean sheet on it. With dirty hands dirty from touching the floor mop and floor cloath, the cleaner is touching clean sheets and towels. He keeps together in the same bag clean towels mixed with clean floor pads. Floor pads should be washed and stored separately in separate bags, not together with towels and sheets. Cleaners should be using separate mop with separate rinsing bucket for cleaning bAthrooms and separate cloath and bucket for cleaning rooms. Cloath s should be rinsed more often in buckets of water with some kind of disinfectant. That way there should be less bugs in room. It is not enough that it looks clean it has to be actually clean. Should clean dust under neath beds. One cleaner cannot do all that work , his hard work is not enough. Washroom door in swimming pool area should always be kept closed not wide opened with bad smell and bugs spreading all over the place.

The location is fantastic! It's just a short walk to the beach and a quick walk to all the restaurants. Location location location.

There were a few bugs in the room and we got there, but after we removed them we didn't have any other problems with bugs.
